Modeled after the classic adventure, war, and mystery radio serials of the early/mid 1900s, Merely Players is proud to announce “The Bloody Audio Drama of Macbeth” (or, B.A.D. Macbeth): a radio play set in the turmoil of the early 20th century. The episodic nature of this adaptation of the play creates a nostalgic ambiance that aims to transport listeners into the high-stakes drama of Shakespeare’s iconic play in a COVID-friendly manner, while styling it in the form of early audio dramas.
