Where should we run when we face life-altering news?
Can the Bible offer lasting comfort when we experience overwhelming grief?
How can we trust in God's goodness when things fall apart?
Is it okay for your time with God to look different in seasons of heartache?

Joy joins us to share her powerful story of healing and freedom, and she exposes the lies that pornography doesn’t tell you. She was able to experience sexual freedom, and she has made it her life work to help other women break away from sexual shame. She currently works with Authentic Intimacy. #44: A special note about this episode...
Every person and body is different. For example, Kim has had rheumatoid arthritis for over 20 years, and it has made most fitness plans a challenge! Just as she did her own research, talked with her doctor, and found a trainer to work with her unique needs, we hope that you will do your own research, consult your doctor, and find a fitness coach who will give you the best information for your body and unique needs.
We live in a world that can often cause women to view their bodies in the wrong way. If you struggle with an eating disorder, the tips in this particular episode may not be the best ones for you. We weren’t able to cover all of the important issues in one brief episode—there’s just too much to talk about! To help, we've linked some additional resources in the podcast show notes. Our heart in this episode is for you to take one step toward taking better care of your body this year.
Have you set some health & fitness goals for 2022? We'd love to encourage you along the way! In this episode, Marietta McClure of "McClure Fitness" shares her top tips to help you crush your goals this year.
