Throughout the season we are discussing everything from career advice to personal growth strategies, we’ll explore topics that inspire and motivate and help others to take charge of their life. Our guests will share their stories, insights, and practical tips to help you all navigate challenges and seize opportunities. To that end, we have an amazing guest for you all today. She is here to talk to us about her life journey and how it led her to where she is now. This how-to can help us both for ourselves and to support those around.  How to plan your own and talk to your parents about your retirement life. Jessica Pavelko, lifelong Lancaster County resident, founded her business, Pavelko Senior Consulting Services in December 2006. After working years in the retirement community industry she found there was a gap in the education component of understanding all of the options that existed in the community that was best suited for an individual based on their social preferences, short and long term needs, finances, and so much more.  She started the business with the intent to educate aging adults and empower them to make informed decisions as they pursue retirement living options.  During her years in business, she served as a Chamber Ambassador, served on the Board of Directors for Lancaster County Estate Planning Council and Love INC and wrote a regular column in Lancaster County Magazine and Lancaster County Women publications.  In 2014, Jessica took a step back from the business to raise her children.  Although still an active and devoted wife and mother, Jessica reopened her business in 2021 and now serves on the Board of Trustees for Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Foundation and serves in other capacities throughout Lancaster County. Jessica enjoys getting back into a field she loves and cares passionately about. We are so excited to talk to Jessica about this confusing and complicated issue.  Welcome Jessica!Did you enjoy this episode? We talk over the details of each type, why they occur and how to manage whatever co-parenting situation you are in now. Regardless of the type of co-parenting you are involved in, it will require managing the relationship with the other parent so that you can show up, be on the same team, and support your child the best way you are able.We also go over some tips for success, such as using open communication, having a plan, and talking and listening to your children. There are a host of other good do’s and don’ts included in today's episode. That led to her Master of Arts degree specializing in legal history. Much to the relief of her parents, Chelsea then made a hard turn off the road to a PhD, and entered UBC Law School (now known as Allard). Chelsea graduated in 2002, began articles with a downtown boutique firm, and entered a partnership upon being called to the bar on July 1, 2003. It was, according to the Caldwell family "The Best Canada Day Ever".Since 2002, Chelsea has been dedicated to working for her clients and with other lawyers. She considers the title of Counsel the truest expression of a lawyer's job: to advise client and then carry out the best possible plan.Chelsea loves litigation. Her goal at every hearing is to serve her client and the court by providing clear, reasonable argument, and being happiest on her feet before an adjudicator. There is so much more to Chelsea to get to know so we will leave it there and welcome her to the show!

To that end, we have an amazing guest for you all today. She is talking to us about her life journey and how it led her to become the incredible entrepreneur that she is today! A true entrepreneur at heart with an endless drive, fiery spirit and never-ending desire to build, design, and create. A graduate with a business degree from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, Danielle established a career in the corporate sector of the fashion industry, quickly working her way up to a National Sales Manager level with over a decade of overseeing brands both in the US and Internationally. While building her early career in the fashion industry, she saw an opportunity to capitalize on the food truck craze by simultaneously launching one of the first ever fashion trucks in 2012 “Chic Rattle & Roll” a mobile “boutique on wheels” featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal and TIME NY. Her most important role is being a mom to her 3 young children, Madison (11), Jagger (6), and Bellamy (1). Self-care has become synonymous with self-indulgence, luxury, and privilege. Our culture focuses on what it can sell you as self-care rather than what kind of self-care is essential for your unique needs and health. Healthy self-care can help us cope with overwhelm, provide proactive and reactive care, and create meaningful time and energy for us. In this episode of We Go Boldly we answer the question, if self-care is not simply trips to the salon and impulse buys at the checkout, then what and why is it? Rielly and Tovah are experts in unpacking the cultural conditioning that interrupts our understanding of who and what we are at a deep level. That expertise stems from education, and more importantly from life experience and countless hours of conversation, therapy, and trial and error. Join us as we unpack the myths around self-care and how we can look at self-care as something that brings you sustained joy in the long run. Our self-care is unique to our lives. Learn more about the kinds of self-care out there, and how one person’s self-care might be another person's worst nightmare! Get more insight into how we can utilize short-term and long-term self-care to improve our lives. We close out the episode with insight into how to set our own self-care goals. Goal setting around self-care helps us stay focused and excited about our day-to-day lives. This is it!  The end of the year and the end of season 9! Can you believe it?  We certainly can’t. Today  Rielly and Tovah talk all about the magic of letting go.   Letting go can be transformative and freeing. Why do we hold onto things, relationships, and beliefs that no longer serve us? Fear leads people to seek control, to hold on to outcomes, as if there is only one acceptable outcome. So the great irony is that attempting to control things actually feels less in control. We trick ourselves into thinking that letting go and moving on, is the equivalent of giving up. But adopting growth mindset also involves viewing past experiences as valuable lessons rather than regrets.Letting go is a powerful tool for personal growth and well-being. It is time we embrace the journey of letting go as we prepare for the new year!GO BOLDLY HOMEWORKSign up for our circleThink about what you would like to let go as you enter the new year.  Sign up for a free intake session with us to decide what service best suits your needs RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THE SHOW Did you enjoy this episode? Balance and harmony might sound like the same thing. Today we explore why they are very different and why it matters for you. Balance sounds great, at first. So much so that balance is what we are pushed to want, to seek out, to achieve for most of our lives. As if we can somehow equally carry everything in our lives all the time. Of course, when we fail to achieve this mythical level of perfect balance we feel like we have failed. This week on We Go Boldly we suggest that rather than achieving balance in our lives, we seek out harmony. That feeling that things are all working together. The sense that it is okay to put one thing down and pick up something else. That the balancing scales are no longer where we are standing, but instead we are performing our own symphony. Even more, the symphony can change at any time, because the goal is harmony not balance. Join us in discussing how focusing on harmony brings us ease, peace, and progress. Tune in wherever you listen to podcasts today. While you’re there don’t forget to rate, review, and subscribe to the show! GO BOLDLY HOMEWORKTake some time this week to think about whether you want to be on the balance beam of life anymore or whether you’d like to find harmony in your life.  That’s it.  Then reach out to us!Sign up for our circle.Sign up for a free intake session with us to decide what service best suits your needs. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THE SHOW Did you enjoy this episode?
