2 There will always be that voice in your head that say's " I can't"
3 You are only strong as your weakest link
4 positive attitudes will help you with every step you take
5 If you aren't strong you will burden others if you're not prepared
6 No need to rush, when you rush you will make a mistake
7 Every minute learning will be a good day spent.
Challenge yourself in the new year by hitting the trails early and getting your 100 miles on the NCT.
Remember to pack out your waste and garbage and dispose of it properly.

Recipe: Cherry Almond Oatmeal 1 Packet instant oatmeal 2Tbsp dried cherries 1Tbsp Almonds 1Tbsp powdered milk 1tsp brown sugar Combine everything in a ziplock bag (freezer bag) Add 2/3 cup of Boiling water Makes 1 serving Contents will be HOT be careful
