I love so much this idea to combine my 👟👟 and my ⛱️ holidays together …🤩
You can focus on little details that you wouldn't notice if you were on a bike or in a car.
All you need is a backpack with the essentials for your walk…🤸🏾♂️...and a luggage service to take care of your heavy bags.
The good news is that walking is more powerful than we realize: it's a very easy activity that can become a healthy habit for everyone at every age but at the same time it's an excellent way to be more focused on something interesting for you. It may be any subject, any activity you want to know, improve and master

The sunrise with its awesome colors is an ordinary but extraordinary everyday event… The only way to get those magic light shots is to get up early. In summer it’s easier but even in winter the cold air will energize and inspire you to take your steps enjoying that moment all to yourself.

Autumn is a great, refreshing time to go walking. The temperature is pleasant, as it's not too hot and not too cold, the leaves are falling and the colors in nature are definitely changing. There are plenty of reasons to go out and celebrate the season of colors...

If I ask someone:"Do you mind to come for a walk with me today?"the most common answer is:"I Just don't have time!".
I hear that a lot of time! But it's really true?🤔
We have 168 hours a week...maybe it's not the quantity of time as it is but your motivation.
While you move you're more energetic and your brain works much better when you're active.
So here I talk about what my passion for walking has been teaching me and how many things you can learn just following your steps at your speed, in your own way.

Step By Step is about my walking experience from different perspectives. It's so amazing how much positive you can feel even after a short walk that I want to share this every day passion with all of you listening to me. In today's world, the majority of people don't have time to go to the gym or go out for a short walk every day! So...find the movement that moves you...and make it a habit. The first goal you set should be so easy that your next step won't be much difficult than the one before... Do you feel like to break up your day and boost your mood ? Make walking part of your daily routine ! No matter how long or short your walk is !! Going out for a walk even when you don't feel like it, can be amazing for your mental health and your fitness. Take a stroll during a rainy shower could be a crazy idea but it's actually healthy and something you should try on the next drizzly day.
Your rainy walks will be more comfortable if you prepare ahead time. You have to be sure to wear the right gear and have a warm shower at home, so you don't risk to catch a cold.
Many people enjoy walking in the rain but it's not for everyone. Sometimes the rain is too heavy or the temperature too low to walk outside in bad weather.
