Megan Shtab lost 165lbs and now works as a transformation coach helping women lose 50-100lbs! Her lightbulb moment happened at Disney World in 2018. Even at one of the most size-inclusive places on earth, she struggled. She felt embarrassed and defeated. But she also knew something had to change.
