If you listen to only one Sober Yoga Girl Podcast episode this year...it should be this one. In this incredibly vulnerable episode, Jami Hanna shares her story with our community. Jami lost her son Judson Hanna after a struggle with addiction and mental health in May of 2021. She joined the Sober Girls Yoga Challenge and as fate would have it, I organized a yoga retreat that was starting on the one year anniversary of Judson's passing. Jami thought this was a sign and did everything in her power to join us for the retreat. She made an impact on everyone in her vulnerability sharing her journey during that powerful week together in Bali. She then went on to partake in our online teacher training program and played a pivotal role in building our online community. In this episode Jami explains how Bali was so transformative for her. I am absolutely thrilled to have Jami joining me again in Bali this July as an assistant on the next Sober Girls Yoga Bali Yoga Teacher Training. I know she will have an incredible impact on all our participants and team. If you're thinking about joining us, we have one single room and one double room left. Sign up now!
