Joost and I connect on my reality and allow the psychedelic nature of reality to come forth.
Jane and I connect on an energetic level so that I can speak directly from my immediate experience for this conversation. Some of the things that emerge are living in a different paradigm, the flame being out, tantric desire, evocativeness, the organising forces of the Universe, the imaginal realm, social imaginaries, death and shamanic lifecycles and being free from anxiety.
Some of the most important things we talk about are the fractal endlessness of experience; the precision engineering of the Universe and what it means to embody that when the darkness has been included; non-duality with meaning and how that leads to a whole experience that includes the intuitive elements; how feeling and embodying aspects of experience changes the nature of how insights are perceived; and the evolution of Buddha Nature and my role in that.
We discuss how to combine therapy, meditation and tools like the Enneagram on an awakening path and why it’s important to do so. This is also a really good overview of the Enneagram for anyone who wants an introduction or to deepen their understanding of how to work with it.
I talk with Kristen Stake about my relationship to Buddhism and Shadow Work and we discuss a wide-range of topics including evolving out of capitalism and being connected to the Universe.
Bree Greenberg interviewed me in summer 2022 about my experiences and some of the most important insights and wisdom that have emerged from them. She also shares some her deep wisdom. Find out more about Bree here.
David spent over 18 months on retreat in a 5 year period in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. In this conversation we cover a wide range of stuff, from the Progress of Insight, to the emotional turmoil that can emerge to the benefits of this kind of intensive practice.   There isn’t a lot of content available about long-term retreat experiences; this could be particularly helpful or interesting for people interested in the Theravadan path, the progress of insight and Mastering the Core Teachings of the Buddha. You can find David here: https://david-lassiter.com/
In this episode Paul shares his journey of discovery through semiotics, meaning, French philosophers, art, spiritual practice and more.  We bond over a love of the shadow, the flow between the conscious and the unconscious and metaphor as the doorway into the unknowable. Towards the end we talk about this diagram or mandala that Paul created.  You can find out more about Paul here and see some of his art here.
Joe talks about the origins of chiropractic and we discuss a wide range of topics related to what I would call body awakening. This includes the quantum entanglement of the body-mind-emotion system, society's sympathetic-nervous-system dominant state and what we see as the solutions to this. You can find out more about Joe's practice here: https://www.dartmoorchiropractic.co.uk/
I talk with Aidan about his upcoming book, Psychedelic Experience, and we discuss the ineffable and user experience design.
The episode in which we discuss societal sexual shadows and eros as being the key to some of the deepest spirituals experiences. I also describe the experience of receiving a VR blow-job. There is much giggling in the discussion of it but it leads to some very interesting explorations on gender dynamics and sexuality.
Kaloyan experienced a deep awakening that has involved working through and purifying a lot of bodily and karmic trauma. I have been guiding him and working with him through this process. In this episode we describe what karma is and how we've worked with it in our sessions, particularly focusing on healing the masculine and feminine energies.

The final part of our conversation about making work meaningful. We discuss making work a pleasure, the meaning of life and the importance of cultivating maturity.
Part three of our conversation. In this part we talk about projection, flow states, conflict, interdependence and vulnerability, all in the context of work and spiritual practice
We reveal the mysteries and magic that goes on behind the scenes of a women's group.
The story and inspiration behind the sangha that Joost has started, which is called the Dharmagarage, and how it has become a community for shared adventures and explorations into dharma and meditation.
A conversation about the themes that arose from our collaborative film-making process.
In this episode we talk about creativity in meditation, clarifying what success looks like to you and finding belonging.
In this four part conversation we talk about how work can be used to make life meaningful and how your career can be an opportunity to self actualise. We also bring into the conversation how this can intersect with spiritual practice and ultimately improve the world for everyone. In this first part we talk about making room for failure, the importance of knowing yourself, lego serious play  and creating a better world through meaningful work. Enjoy!
