Description

Welcome to the Faithfully Fit Motherhood podcast!

I'm your host, Jess Kohlman, and I love talking about faith, fitness, motherhood, and everything in between!

I have had my fair share of struggles physically (depriving myself and hindering my metabolism) and mentally (postpartum depression after my first baby).

My spiritual health has brought me through some of my darkest moments, and led me to pursuing my certification in Personal Training, as well as Nutrition Coaching, so that I can help other women going through their own struggles on their health journeys!

Things get pretty deep around here, so if that kind of conversation interests you, you've come to the right place!

Thank you for being part of this community!

I'm cheering you on!

XO Jess
