“When the people who look like you aren’t living up to the community’s expectations, it creates chaos. You get tired of watching the same patterns repeat and start searching for ways to connect differently—ways that bring real change. The goal is simple: build a community that’s safer, stronger, and rooted in values that actually produce great outcomes for everyone.”
Building Bridges: Fathers, Schools, and Stronger ConnectionsWe’ll dive into three big questions together:What excites us about inviting fathers more intentionally into schools? What concerns do we have about implementation and sustainability? What practical steps can we take to ensure these efforts truly benefit children and families?
The Only Product We Sell: In this episode, we dive deep into one powerful question: Are you truly available? As fathers, we often get caught up in the grind—work, responsibility, distractions—but what our kids need most isn't perfection... it's presence. We explore the freedom to express, what it means to create safe emotional spaces, and how Availability, Accessibility, and Attention become the real currency of fatherhood. Because at the end of the day, as parents, we’re only selling one product: Influence. This isn’t just a conversation—it’s a call to action. To show up. To ask better questions. To be the kind of father that changes the game for generations.Whether you're crushing it or just trying to figure it out, this one's for you.

In this episode, we’re diving into a foundational pillar of fatherhood—integrity. As John C. Maxwell puts it: “Reputation is what people think we are. Integrity is what we are.” This powerful truth was at the heart of one of our recent fatherhood meetings, and now we’re bringing that conversation to you. Join Brandon and me as we unpack what it means to walk in integrity, explore areas where we can grow, and reflect on how our character shapes the legacy we leave for our children. Because real fatherhood starts from the inside out.
