Hi friends. On this weeks episode it's a non-book-review book-review! Featuring a book I read last year called Belong, written by Radha Agrawal. We get into a few of the key takeaways from the book but mostly we discuss community building and my dreams of creating a community for women (centred around work). I ramble a lot but I think the main idea is that I want to build an authentic community that supports working women who are questioning what they want out of their work. I'm playing around with the idea of there being a new wave of women who are seeking to find more purpose and fulfilment from their jobs but don't know how to. Do they pivot into a new career? Do they start a business? Do they just stick it out? These are things me and my sister and my girlfriends talk about, and I want to talk about it more.
