5 Questions
All Live!
Louise's questions were:
1. We hear the phrase ‘role model’ more and more these days. I think more so than when I was growing up. Has there been a role model who has helped shape your values or purpose?
2. When it comes to values two people can share the same value, however, have different meanings for it. Have you experience that and what was the impact.
3. Did you have a major life change that impacted your values and purpose?
4. There feels more pressure towards young adults to have life figured out sooner. How far into your life did you acknowledge what your purpose was in life and took the steps towards it?
5.. For anyone listening who may be experiencing some challenges with family, friends or colleagues who hold different values or dismissing their purpose in life. What is your experience or advice to help them?

4. What ideas do you have to help develop what you may feel is your ‘Life Purpose’ into a fulfilling career?
5. What do you think holds people back more - fear of failure - or fear of success?

In this first episode of 2026 I'm sharing what came up in client sessions and alumni meetings about the gap between knowing what you need and actually doing it - and what happens when clarity finally outweighs financial security. We're exploring:→ The career clarity crisis - when you'd rather take a massive pay cut than stay misaligned one more day, money wasn't the thing keeping you there, fear was→ The 10-minute strategy - why small windows matter more than long blocks (you're waiting for the perfect hour that never comes while ignoring six 10-minute gaps you already have)→ The ownership problem - why your team still needs you for everything (it's not their incompetence, it's your unclear communication)This is a "how to actually do it" episode. Practical, specific, implementable.Welcome to 2026!Subscribe for weekly insights on intentional leadership - helping successful leaders transform from overwhelmed and exhausted to efficient and effective while getting their life back in the process.EXPLORE MORE:Visit https://zoethompson.uk for frameworks, resources, and programmes that support your transformation from reactive to intentional leadership.Lead with intention. Everything I teach, I have to live first. In this final episode of 2025 I'm pulling back the curtain on my own year - the lightbulbs, the lessons, and how I'm setting myself up to lead intentionally in 2026.We're exploring:→ From "can do everything" to "intentionally choose what aligns" - why being capable of doing everything was keeping me stuck as a generalist instead of specialist→ Building for scale requires visibility and visibility requires voice - overcoming the belief that work should speak for itself when that belief had become my biggest barrier→ Letting go of work you love to move forward - why I had to step back from Phoenix coaching (work I genuinely loved) to create capacity for bigger impactThen I'm sharing exactly how I'm setting myself up for 2026 using my own PIIPS Framework. Not resolutions - intentional design. The specific habits and structures I'm committing to so I can 3x business impact while maintaining my 4-day week and taking The Big Week Off quarterly. This isn't the polished highlight reel. This is the real journey - the uncomfortable moments when old patterns return, the wins when new habits stick, the adjustments when reality doesn't match the plan.If I'm going to teach this work, I have to live it first.See you in 2026.Subscribe for weekly insights on intentional leadership - helping successful leaders transform from overwhelmed and exhausted to efficient and effective while getting their life back in the process.EXPLORE MORE:Visit https://zoethompson.uk for frameworks, resources, and programmes that support your transformation from reactive to intentional leadership.Lead with intention.
