Being truly happy and healthy is about making the decision everyday to become our best selves and aligning with our purpose. What is eating healthy if you carry resentment? What is staying active if our eating habits don’t nourish our bodies? What is love if we haven’t first learned to love ourselves? How can we evolve if we are clinging on to our past? Here, we will explore every uncomfortable topic and dissect every aspect of our lives. We will be focusing on mind, body, soul, relationships and nutrition as a whole. My experience with bloat. Ways I combat bloating. What causes bloating. Cannot believe I forgot to mention 4 bloat remedies: One, drink plenty of water in the morning before meals and like I said in the episode, don’t drink liquids with foods. Second, cut out supplements. I stopped multi vitamins as well as probiotics until I was able to reintroduce them (still haven’t by choice) have been supplementing through foods. Third, maybe probiotics and prebiotics will help you. If you feel comfortable trying them out (you know your own body) try them out for a bit. I know probiotics help in certain situations. Fourth, get 7-8 hours of sleep. Getting rest is crucial for the bodies rehabilitation.
