As they say, you have to know where your destination is to arrive there in the most efficient way. By project managing client builds, over 35 of them in the last few years, Kimberly has had the opportunity to face a lot of challenges! She did own builds, starting on flips, she has gone onto conversions of 4-6 flats, and more lately, mixed use buildings, using the uplift of additional resi units to make it stack. Next goal is to to small 4-8 new build units. Kimberly's secondary passion to property has always been her own personal development, and understanding the end goals. When she was 35 she took up the Pole Vault and went on to compete for Great Britain at long Jump and Heptathlon in the Masters at the Worlds and Europeans, being lucky enought to win Gold medals at both. With the understanding of the end goal in sight, Kimberly is now working on a tool for Property People, with a colleague, to help them stay accountable to their goals , and stay on track when you really need it. She is excited to be able to bring this to market when its ready. She know s herself how easy it is to get distracted. In the meantime, Kimberly runs her own property group to help others set out their ambitions, and understand the importance of being consistent, and staying on track. There are a lot of people out there shouting about how easy property is, truth is it isnt!!
