It’s been a HOT minute but we’re back with some new episodes coming to you with some new and old faces to the podcast - so stay tuned for more! In this week’s episode, we have Siobhan returning to the podcast! Siobhan Pitz is from North Bay, Ontario. She is a graduate of the University of Guelph. She’s passionate about travelling and experiencing new things by going on adventures and seeing the world from a different perspective. We met each other while working at the Columbia Icefield three years ago in 2019.

In this week’s episode, we have Heather Firlotte joining us. Heather is a proud Early Childhood Educator and Thespian. She is a graduate of the Early Childhood Education and Bachelor of Early Learning Program Development at Conestoga College. Currently, Heather is working with the YMCA of Three Rivers as a Childcare Teacher. She has loved the dramatic arts ever since she was a child and, throughout her life, has been involved in several performances, productions, and community theatre. In this week’s episode, we have Brooke Clark joining us. She is a charismatic, humorous and down-to-earth friend. Brooke goes to the University of Guelph and resides in Guelph but is originally from the United Kingdom. She is passionate about travelling, learning new things and also being creative when challenged. Recently, Brooke was a part of the creative development and behind-the-scenes team on Retro Runaway through the University of Guelph showcasing ethical and sustainable fashion. In this week’s episode, we have Stacey Perigo joining us. She is kind, humorous and caring towards others. Stacey is a recent graduate of Niagara College with President’s Honour Roll in Tourism Management - Business Development. She also has a background in the business sector working in Toronto for a number of years as well. Stacey is currently working down in the Niagara Region working with tour guides and different destinations acting as a coordinator at the tour company she is working for. She is passionate about travelling, seeing new ideas within the hospitality & tourism industry come to life and experiencing the local lifestyle when going to new places. In this week’s episode, we have Erin Cranwell joining us. She is kind, caring,  adventurous and has a great sense of humour. Erin is passionate about travel and seeing the world. She has travelled to multiple countries including Canada, the USA, parts of Europe, the Middle East and many more. She’s also an advocate for mental health and staying motivated in her day-to-day life, as well as helping others. Erin travelled out to the Columbia Icefield in 2019 where she and Easton met and have been friends ever since. In this week’s episode, we have Chelsea Wichtacz joining us. She is charismatic, kind and has a great sense of humour! Chelsea is a graduate of Conestoga College with her Bachelor’s of Early Learning Program Development. She is currently working up in Sudbury, Ontario as a Program Coordinator. Chelsea is also a strong advocate and likes to bring awareness to a variety of different topics such as mental health, the LGBTQ community and Indigenous peoples. Amy Read is from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. She is passionate about travelling, learning about different cultures wherever she goes and meeting new people along the way. Amy has been to multiple states in the United States spanning from Colorado, Tennesse, Florida, Georgia, Washington and many more. She’d like to travel to Europe in the near future as well. Unfortunately, she had to end her two-year working holiday visa in Canada short due to COVID-19 and travel back to New Zealand. Jess Potter is an Aussie girl living out her ‘Hot Girl Summer’ in the glorious tropics of Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia. She’s bubbly, outgoing and loads of fun to hang out with. Jess is passionate about travel, hiking and health & fitness. She has moved around the world quite a bit and has discovered new things about herself along the way. Hannah Pratt is from York, England. She’s stylish, funny and fabulous! Hannah has a BA Honours Theatre Degree from York St. John University. She’s gotten her level five CIPD diploma in learning and development as well. Hannah can be found singing, dancing, playing piano and the ukulele. She and I share a passion for wine, travel and having a laugh every once in a while. We originally met at the Columbia Icefield and haven’t stopped talking since. Natasha Gray is from Edinburgh, Scotland. She has travelled to so many different places around the world spanning from North America, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and many more. She’s an avid traveller and looks for new places to go with friends. Natasha and I met in Alberta in 2019 when we were both working at the Columbia Icefield. This was her second year living & working there. She has fallen in love with the Canadian Rockies like everyone seems to do and is coming back to Canada. Siobhan Pitz is from North Bay, Ontario. She is a graduate of the University of Guelph. In this week’s episode, we have Zarya Senior joining us. Zarya and I met in the Canadian Rockies this past winter. Both of us have studied and are working in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. She has a diploma in Hospitality Tourism Management and finishing her degree at George Brown College for Honours Bachelors of Business of Hospitality. She’s passionate about travelling and is very much a people person. Zarya is also a fashion icon and an expert with her outfits and what she wears on a daily basis. In this week’s episode, we have Emily Greathead joining us. Emily is a scientist by day and costume designer by night. She graduated from Conestoga College with honours from the BioTechnology Technician program. She has a strong passion for science and discovering new innovative ways within her industry. On the side and as a hobby, Emily has also participated in multiple community theatre productions, creating the costumes and working backstage to create memorable shows for her community. In this week’s episode, we have Rebekah Nagy joining us. Rebekah is a two-time award-winning ensemble member from the National Theatre School of Canada: Drama Fest Competitions. As well, recognized as an upcoming writer within the dramatic arts, directing and producing her own show. She’s a strong advocate and brings awareness to mental health within her community. In this week’s episode, we have Dani Kent joining us. Dani is a two-time award-winning actor from the National Theatre School of Canada: Drama Fest Competitions. She is in her fourth and final year at Trent University in Teachers College majoring in English. She’s a strong advocate for indigenous people and their community. In this week’s episode, we have Sara Jansen joining us. Sara is a businesswoman by day and an actress by night. She continues her life on the stage through community theatre in the Niagara Region. Sara has studied Dramatic Arts at Brock University and now continuing her studies at Niagara College for Business Administration - Human Resources. She and I are very passionate about theatre and understand what it takes to put on a production from start to finish. In this week’s episode, we have Lindsay Dreher joining us. Lindsay is a future educator finishing her degree in Concurrent Education at Brock University. She’s passionate about science, her love for musical theatre and is an amazing local florist within the K-W region. We’ve both worked together as well, putting on a range of different hats and having a good laugh over old times. We had some really interesting discussions on how her students have all adapted to learning online vs in the classroom during the pandemic. In this week’s episode, we have Katie Bright joining us. Katie is a three-time award-winning artist from the National Theatre School of Canada: Drama Fest Competitions. She’s also taken some courses at Mohawk College in Hospitality and Tourism. She’s a strong advocate and brings awareness to mental health across Canada. As well, she & I are avid binge-watchers through popular streaming sites, such as Disney Plus and Netflix. In this week’s episode, we have Alexxus Newman joining us. Alexxus is a Canadian based author focused on poetry & mental health. She’s continuing her studies at the University of Ryerson majoring in English with honours. Her main passion is bringing awareness and being an advocate for Indigenous people & groups.
