He serves as the System Chief of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Northwell Health where he is responsible for programmatic strategy and fosters academic and clinical growth. Dr. Singer earned his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine and an MBA in Health Care Management from the Hofstra Zarb School of Business. He is double board- certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He is an Associate Professor of OB/GYN at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine. Dr. Singer has produced numerous publications, chapter reviews, and given presentations nationally and internationally in the field of Infertility, Reproductive Endocrinology, IVF, Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing (PGT), Egg Freezing, Egg Donation, and Gestational Surrogacy. He has performed hundreds of minimally invasive surgical procedures including laparoscopies and hysteroscopies.
