Description

THE DEEP DIVE is not your normal podcast because, well, there are no rules. The aim of the show is to give an authentic look into the minds of the thought leaders and game changers of today by allowing the audience to be a “fly on the wall” for an hour-long conversation. It is my hope that this level of authenticity will allow people to see that being successful isn’t about WHAT you think, but HOW you think.

Can men and women co-exist in a healthier way?    When we begin to understand the feminine and masculine dynamics in ourselves, we start to see ways that we’ve been dropping the ball a bit as a society and a culture. For years, this polarity has been misunderstood and even exploited causing major wounding, and generation trauma. This week, I’m chatting with Kevin O, an intimacy coach and thought leader in the relationships space who has views that some might see as triggering, until you really understand the message beneath.    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? A sexual health and wellness coach, facilitator, tantra practitioner, and entrepreneur who has built a successful business and career in what some may consider an unconventional way. Jade and I meet each other in a conversation about ego, boundaries, and the essence of the work it can take to balance both.    For more from Jade check her out on IG at @jade.tailor or online at jadetailor.com.    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Do you think you’re good with money?    We all develop stories around money. Whether it is a lack or scarcity mindset, or an appreciation and value of money as an energy, it seems that we all in some way experience a journey around money that develops throughout our life. So what is needed to properly move to the next chapter of our financial journey?    This week I talked to Michael Dash, an entrepreneur, best selling author of Chasing The High, recovering addict, retreat host, community leader and philanthropist. After a six year lawsuit with a former business partner, he sold his recruiting company of 11 years in 2018, and has had an incredible journey of peaks and lows in the financial game.    For more from Michael, check him out on IG at @mdash1    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? What does it mean to be a mystic today?    This week I chatted with my good friend, healer, thought leader, and modern mystic, Luke Kohen, about what it means to be mystical in today's day and age, and what that means for the dynamics around wealth and business. As I continue to navigate my own journey of wealth development, and my spiritual self, this conversation was insightful and provided some new perspectives on the importance of balance and unity, especially when it comes to the subject of money.  For more from Luke Kohen, and information on upcoming courses and events check him out on IG at @lukekohen or online at lukekohen.com   Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Do you think psychedelics can be beneficial?   It’s a study that has been getting more and more prominent in the medical field in recent years, how the use of psychedelics like cannabis, psilocybin, and even substances like MDMA and Ketamine can actually facilitate healing when used properly. But there are still a lot of taboos around the subject itself, and a lot more to be discovered.    For this conversation, I had the pleasure of chatting with my friend and licensed sex therapist Dr. Cat Meyer. Dr. Cat has been exploring the world of psychedelics specific to her field of healing sexual trauma and creating more openings in dynamics within partnerships.    For more from Dr. Cat, and information on upcoming courses and events check her out on IG at @sexloveyoga or online at sexloveyoga.com   Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Is it possible to leave our past out of new relationships?    Though being able to move into a new relationship without baggage or trauma from the past sounds nice, the fact is that it’s quite rare. Because we are emotional beings, we feel a lot and carry our experiences with us; good or bad. So how do these past traumas affect our new relationships? And is it possible to move into a new dynamic and have a healthy experience without doing the work to heal?    For this conversation I had the pleasure of speaking with Nadine Lee, thought leader, educator,  and author of Sex Priestess, her new book about activating your Eros and sexuality in a new, and very healing, way.    For more from Nadine, check her new book out at  https://tantricalchemy.net/book/ or follow her on IG at @tantricalchemyofficial .    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Why is healing so hard?    We have heard a lot about trauma and the path to healing. If you’ve been a listener of this podcast then you know it’s a subject I touch on a lot, and have been more than open about my own experiences with trauma and the journey that is the path to healing. I’m still on it, and even with some deep work and amazing resources and information, I can still find it challenging.    This week I’m excited to be chatting with my good friend Zahara Zimring, an incredible human who I’ve grown with and healed with. Zahara is a coach and has worked to help many people open themselves up to the possibilities of deep healing, and the journey it can be.    For more amazing content from Zahara, follow her on Instagram at @zaharazimring, and online at www.zaharazimring.com    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Are you going through a life transition?    Life is a journey of seasons. Change, challenges, transitions, good times and bad, are all a part of our story as we navigate the human experience, and from all of these come great lessons for us to carry with us as well as many things that we get to let go of. I am currently experiencing my own time of introspection and transition, and I got a lot out of my conversation this week with Ben Brown. Ben is a former professional kayaker, youtuber, and now a well known coach and influencer, who was the perfect person for the conversation about phases of life and what we can learn about ourselves as we journey through them.    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? What can we learn from our ancient history?  The mainstream narrative that we’ve been accustomed to tells us that we have been a society of humans populating the earth for a certain amount of time, and that we are the most advanced that we have ever been. But does the evidence of our history really support that story?  This week I had the pleasure of talking to Matt LaCroix, an author and researcher who dedicates his work to studying and understanding the true history of our ancient humanity, in an effort to help us to learn more about what we have accomplished as humans, and what we are truly capable of.  Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Are you aligning yourself with your true path?  Sometimes it can be hard to discern between our own unique frequency and voice, and the voices in our heads that are not ours. These voices have been picked up and stored over the years from external sources, and it can be hard to realize that they aren’t even ours; unless we are willing to really find out what alignment looks like for us and learn adjust our behavior in a way that is in integrity to that goal.  Check out this week’s episode with an incredible human, content creator, and host of the Know Thyself Podcast, Andre Duqum. We dive into his process of finding his center, staying aligned with his goals, and some of the challenges he’s moved through to do so.  Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Do you recognize patterns?  Many will argue that science and God have nothing to do with each other. But what if science, geometry, and mathematics are actually the language of God? This week I had the opportunity to interview Robert Edward Grant, who you may remember from the past episode “Who Built The Pyramids And Why?”. Robert is a philosopher, brilliant mathematician, and thought leader who is working to expand what we know about our own history, and teaching his perspectives of spiritual expansion and human evolution through the mediums of mathematics and science.    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? What changes when we bring life into the world?  Becoming pregnant is not only about the birthing moment itself. It’s about the physical, spiritual, and mental work that happens in the process of creating life, and preparing ourselves for the stewardship of it. This happens not only with the mother, but with the father as well, and this perspective could potentially be talked about and explored a little more.  This week, I have invited Vuja Deus who at the time of this recording is about a month away from receiving his own child into the world. We are diving into a conversation about relationships, fatherhood, and the work that can be done in the process to ensure a healthy experience for all involved.   Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Does consciousness have a place in business?  As the world continues to shift and change, we begin to look more closely at not only our own personal development, but how to incorporate that awareness into the way that we do business both personally, and professionally.  This week I am chatting with entrepreneur, business owner, and also someone devoted to her own personal development and growth, Dom Farnan.  We talk about: Dom’s experience of how her own spiritual awakening has affected her business and professional life.  The challenges of the journey from unconsciousness to self and spiritual awareness.  What it means, and what was learned in the process of learning how to run a conscious business in today's world.  Don’t miss your opportunity to join both Adam Roa and Gerard Adams for there Leaders Create Leaders retreat in beautiful Tulum, Mexico. What does it mean to be wealthy?  There is something interesting that happens when the subject of money comes up in conversation. Some lean in with willingness to learn or share, and some retract or even sometimes can become defensive or closed off. It is a somewhat polarizing conversation, and it is in this dichotomy that I believe some of the keys lie to actually making money in the first place.  This week I talked with one of my best friends, an inspiring entrepreneur and coaches who I have the pleasure of creating and working with, not to mention someone who became a millionaire at 24 years old and has not only a deep understanding of money, but a desire to always be learning. Gerard Adams and I have had many conversations about wealth and money, and this week I invite you to join us in this conversation of wealth and what we have learned on the path to financial freedom.  We talk about: Gerards inspiring back story of making his first million at a young age, and what he learned as he reflects back now.  The mindset that it takes to attract wealth, and how it can sometimes take more than we bargain for.  Some of the ways we can not only become more of a match to wealth, but actually prepare ourselves for it.  Don’t miss your opportunity to join both Adam Roa and Gerard Adams for there Leaders Create Leaders retreat in beautiful Tulum, Mexico. Is there a gift in your shadow?  We face it every day in big and small ways. Our shadow is a part of us, and all too often something that we try very hard to avoid. The key however, is not to avoid our shadow but to really understand it and how to embrace it in a healthy way. This can be the key to living a healthier life, and having a healthier relationship with ourselves and those closest to us.  This week I am honored to be speaking with Richard Rudd, who many know as the founder of Gene Keys, and has studied with great teachers in the East, traveled through the Himalayas, the Pacific, the Americas and the Arctic in search of better understanding a vast synthesis exploring the miraculous possibilities inherent in human DNA. Thus, Gene Keys was born; as  this latest, very special episode with Richard Rudd.  We talk about:   Understanding Gene Keys, and specifically how this understanding of ourselves can help us understand our dynamics in relationships.  How, sometimes, breakups themselves can result in a beautiful process of rebirth.  The difference between sharing for validation, and sharing for the purpose of allowing others to experience their own healing.  To learn more about Gene Keys, or (for a very limited time) to secure your spot in the Venus Sequence online retreat, check out https://genekeys.com/deep-dive-love/    Have you ever gone through a difficult break up? Can transparency on social media be unhealthy?    You know me; I’m all for vulnerable shares and honesty, and I have made it a point to be as raw and authentic about my experiences as possible. No subject has been off the table for me, as I believe that when we can be real and honest about what we’ve gone through, or some of the challenges we face, it has the ability to create healing in others that might be going through similar experiences in their life.    This week I am excited to be chatting with Matilda Carrol, who is a powerful medicine woman, tantra instructor and naturopath, and also an avid and tasteful presence on social media. I’ve been inspired by her message, and have always admired her ability to be so raw and truthful on her platform, and on this episode we talk about that level of vulnerability and if it is always healthy to be so real.    We talk about:   Some of the deep experiences that have come from medicine ceremonies, and what can be shared.   Our own personal perspectives of what is sacred about our own experience, and when it’s valuable to share with others.  The difference between sharing for validation, and sharing for the purpose of allowing others to experience their own healing.  Have you ever gone through a difficult break up?
