Hey, dear friend, it’s Jody here, and today I’m bringing you into a practice that has become a personal sanctuary for meβ€”breathwork.Β  In moments when life feels too heavy, when everything seems overwhelming, I've often turned to what I call my adult version of a time-out. I sit on my meditation bench, close my eyes, and just breathe.Β  It’s amazing how this simple act can melt away the angst, the worries, the stresses, and the overwhelming sensations that crowd our minds. So today, I want to share this practice with you. This session is about returning to our breath, our most basic yet profound life force. By focusing on our breathing, we can ground ourselves, finding calm and clarity amidst the chaos of everyday life. May you find peace and solace in your breath.

Welcome! I just want to drop in real quick to remind you of the incredible beauty that exists in your life at this very moment. No matter what you might be going through right now, or what challenges you face there are endless blessings around you. And so, as you sit in appreciation of the present, acknowledging the magical truth of your blessings, allow yourself to experience a profound sense of unity and wholeness with yourself and your life.Β  Let’s cherish this moment together.
Welcome! I believe that true peace can be cultivated when we take a moment to pause, step back from analyzing our thoughts, and gently observe them instead. So I hope you find comfort, joy, and peace in today’s moment of pause.
When I sat down to record this meditation, I was immediately brought back to a time in my life when I didn't give myself permission to dream. I believed that life was what happened TO me. The good, the bad and the ugly. But I've learned over the years that much of my life is what happens by me. And I can choose to dream big and rewrite what's possible. I can let go of all the stories and limiting beliefs and I can co-create with the Divine. For me, this is a life-long practice, and one I never do perfectly. So, this is for all my fellow dreamers. May you dream big and rewrite what's possible. I hope you enjoy. Love, Jody

What I've come to know about fear is that we all experience it. We all have fear. It's part of a basic human emotion. But, I've also learned that the key is to make sure that fear doesn't have YOU. And that's just quite a dance. Doing that dance of having fear, yet fear not having us. So, I hope you enjoy today's meditation of doing that dance and releasing those fears. So much love, Jody
