Consider this the best way to calm down when there's just too much going on in your life. The world feels so big and it's almost too much to handle. The good news is that you can make the world smaller by training your mind to focus. This is called the "Superman Meditation" and I know you'll really enjoy it. There's actually really great news about this idea of 'wasting time' or 'wasting your life'. You can change this instantly and it's completely up to you what you deem as a waste of time. The internet and other people literally have no say in what you should do with your time. You have complete freedom in this and you can start leaning into it and change a few things up!

When you're really feeling anxious, the only thing you want to do is get rid of the feeling and get to safety in your mind and body. That's totally understandable and the most normal response. These tips are so simple and easy to implement into your life. Yes, it's all scientifically proven but who cares about the science if they actually work for you.
