This Episode features Valentino Hart Jr! Valentino is a Tampa, Florida native who grew up playing Baseball and Basketball and he played Division 2 Basketball for St. Leo University this past Season. Valentino grew up playing sports, but he also took up an Interest in Public Speaking. After finding that interest in Elementary School, he went on to win multiple of the Annual Tropicana Speeches, and has continued to work on his craft and speaking to this Day. During his Freshman season at Saint Leo University, Valentino suffered a back injury and has decided that he will not be returning to Saint Leo to play basketball. On this Episode we have Nasir Core! Nasir is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and around the age of eight he moved to Tampa, Florida. Nasir fell in love with the game of football before he started playing basketball, but when he arrived at Freedom High School he became a dual sport athlete. After his freshman year playing JV Ball in both sports, he started working on his game more in both sports and became a better player where he excelled on the field and on the court. Nasir was recruited to play college football more so than basketball, but ended up choosing the game of basketball and signed to play at Florida A&M University! At FAMU Nasir’s career was up and down, but he stuck with it and was able to play college basketball and graduate with both a bachelors and Masters Degree. Since graduating college Nasir has been fulfilling his dream of playing professional Basketball, and after having a breakout Season last Summer in the Praia League, he looks to keep his pro career moving forward! He also started his own Brand, “Big Guard U”. On this Episode we Have Josh Youngblood! Josh is from Tampa, Florida and graduated from Berkeley Preparatory School in 2019! After a recruiting process that had many tosses and turns he started his collegiate football career off in Manhattan, Kansas at Kansas State University. During his freshman campaign Josh established himself as a Return Specialist in which he returned 3 Kick Offs for Touchdowns which earned him All American Honors! After a freshman year to remember, and an odd second year at Kansas State due to COVID-19, Josh decided to Transfer from the Big 12 to the Big 10 and is now currently at Rutgers University! Josh and the Scarlet Knights had high expectations for this season, and even though they did not reach all of their goals as a team, they were able to compete in a bowl game to wrap up this Season!
