Tending the Garden

Tending the Garden

2026-08-1432:14

Good Soil, Good Seed Series "Tending the Garden"Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate it and tend it. -Genesis 2:15“Tending to Gardens”: God calls us to steward both our own hearts and the hearts of the children entrusted to our care. Hearts are like soil—able to receive seed and produce fruit. Children, in particular, are good soil: receptive, impressionable, and full of potential. While good seedcan be planted through love, faith, guidance, and healthy influence, harmful seed can also take root through trauma, unhealthy environments, damaging words, media, relationships, and repeated negative patterns. Just as weeds can grow alongside flowers, destructive influences can compete with what is good and life-giving.The message encourages adults—parents, teachers, coaches, relatives, and other trusted leaders—to remain watchful, prayerful, and intentional. Though tending hearts can be difficult and tiring, Galatians 6 reminds believers not to grow weary in doing good. The devotional closes with hope: God can restore damaged soil, bring healing, and give increase when His people faithfully plant, water, guard, and tend the gardens before them. Visit our website, Asparkministries.com, for moreinspirational content and information about our products and ministry. Well Done: His Story Series Matthew 25:21Looking to God, not only as our Creator and Author, but alsoour Source and strength to walk out our purpose. We have been left on this earth after salvation so that we may do a good work for the Kingdom of God and hear, “Well done, thou good and faithful servant.” God wants you to arrive at your purposed destination, and He will keep warning, correcting, teaching, and realigning you to get you there.   #Welldone #HisStory #EALPodcast #Asparkministries #ChristianLiving Guest Dr. Jaclyn Daniels Social media, contact, andproduct information: • Instagram o https://www.instagram.com/drjaclyndaniels/ • Editorial View Consulting o https://editorialview.bloom.io/ • 7-day devotionals onConflict and Anger with images below o Conflict https://buy.stripe.com/aFa8wPd18g5ZdBA6zZdIA06 o Anger https://buy.stripe.com/5kQ6oH8KSg5Z7dcgazdIA09  A Spark Ministries NewArrivals. Fearfully and Wonderfully MadeHis Story Series“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;Your works are wonderful—I know that full well.” —Psalm 139:14We must remember that God did not haphazardly form us orrandomly place us on this earth during this time. We were created with purpose, promise, and God graciously wants to provide the provision and wisdom so that we can receive and walk in all the things He has authored for us. Live life in faith, believing that God has good plans for you, and give Him a chance to grow and nurture you and narrate your story.  Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). Yet fear, past failures, others’ opinions, and the enemy’s whispers often keep us from walking fully in that calling. (Matthew 22:14). We must remember that we were not onlywonderfully made, but given the positions of overcomer and tools of His Spirit that are love, power, and a sound mind, and we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13) . So, invite Him into your situation, thoughts, plans, decisions, and relationships todayGuest Dr. Jaclyn Daniels Social media, contact, and product information: •Instagram o https://www.instagram.com/drjaclyndaniels/ • Editorial View Consulting o https://editorialview.bloom.io/ • 7-day devotionals on Conflict andAnger with images below o Conflict https://buy.stripe.com/aFa8wPd18g5ZdBA6zZdIA06 o Anger https://buy.stripe.com/5kQ6oH8KSg5Z7dcgazdIA09  A Spark Ministries New Arrivals. His Story

His Story

2026-06-0445:47

His Story God is more than our Creator; He is the Author of our lives, and we are doing ourselves a great service if we allow Him to narrate our stories. God formed His plans long ago with perfect faithfulness (Isaiah 25:1). And He reveals His foresight, care, and meticulous planning through creation, Scripture, and human lives. The Bible is God’s written word given to us to instruct, inform, empower, and guide. We, as believers, are accountable for our role in the Body of Christ, and scripture fully equips us to complete our God-given work with the help of His Spirit.
