The potentials get some in-the-field training while Dawn answers a wrong number. We have grown a soft spot for Dawn and time along with the new canon, has ruined a perfectly good moment.

While Spike is still the First's plaything, the gang comes up with a plan to maybe slow down the First. These potentials are doing a whole lot of whining and not a lot of forward thinking.  Quick question: Have we gotten too close and too deep to Buffy to still enjoy it? We have a hard conversation.

Council is keeping secrets and got blowed up. Andre goes grocery shopping, Spike seems to have gone to therapy, and what is up with Principal Wood?

The First, who happens to just be a creepy stalker, is ready to start shaking things up. Buffy gets a much needed pseudo therapy session, but should she feel shame for what she did with Spike?
