Welcome to episode number 3 of season number 2! Today is going to be a little different from our usual routine. Let's start by saying that I'm taking a little break off of social media, so when this episode reaches you through my social media platform, it'll be a few days after I've already posted. But that's not why this episode is different, it's because I won't be reciting any poetry today. Today I'm reading an article from my personal blog, one that I couldn't help but share. In case you'd like to read as you listen, make sure to go to my Instagram and click on my website link!

We all have boundaries, but getting past them and exploring life is what we really crave, and somehow, we are never able to do just that... This poem is about ripples of feelings as reality clashes with hope and wishes of being set free from the norms that society builds. You can belong to any gender,  but these norms are always going to shadow you throughout life.

This poem was written during my lowest lows. Maybe that's why I love it as much as I do. I feel that it captured my emotions at that time very precisely.
