Taking The Punches

In this week's episode Alex spoke with London based musician Lea G (@lea_g_music) and do NOT include the "h" folks! These two gals sat and discussed the music industry, of course bringing up being a woman in the industry and bringing up topics that hopefully spark a conversation to heal this broken industry. In the second half Lea bravely goes where no person should have ever gone.... Into the lyrics of high school Alex's manila folder that she wrote. In this week's episode Alex sat down with Amy, the starter of the protest movement in London called "Reclaim the Streets". Alex and Amy discuss women's safety, exchange stories, and talk about relationships over a nice DaquiriRose. 

in this weeks episode alex gives a breakdown of her journey moving to london... the city of... high expenses... the joke is every time you walk outside you owe the city £5 per breathe and they aren't wrong. is this suppose to be an inspiring story? maybe? does it get sad? obvi. is there a trigger warning. yes, please do be aware of that. but all in all, we landed where we are suppose to be, either forever or just this chapter.
