So you can get to hear all the fun and embarrassing stories behind the conception of Glasspirits songs. This is co-hosted with a good friend of mine, Coco from San Diego. Coco is a musician, architect, yoga instructor and overall creative person. Coco personally knows some of the people who I've written the songs about, so I'll be recounting the experiences I had with those people, the song's conception, and the aftermath of letting them know I wrote a song about them. Many of these stories are very embarrassing, but I hope they give a little insight into the mind of an artist.  Coco and I discuss behaviors that stem from anxiety, substance use, actions that can be considered to be maladaptive behaviors, including self harm. Pepe and Ybra (@pepe_and_ybra)is a duo also known as Joanna (Pepe) Glass and Abe (Ybra) Perez from the rock band Glasspirits (@glasspirits). . We're back from our mid-season break!
