Mindful Minds entered my life in a time when I was at my loneliest and my most depressed. In so many ways, this project saved my life. It gave me purpose, It gave me a reason to stick around. I turned 25 this week, and I don’t recognize the 21 year old who sat down at her computer and googled, “how to start a podcast.” In the last 4 years, she has grown and healed and gained so much confidence and peace and joy.
