Haydn was a pretty important guy, he's known as the father of the string quartet AND the symphony. Some call him "Papa" I guess. My brother joins me to talk about this really old music while drinking old fashioneds.
Wisconsin old fashioned: build in the glass - muddle an orange slice, cherry, and sugar cube, add 2 (or 3) oz whiskey or brandy, add ice, stir, add a couple dashes of Angostura bitters, and enjoy!

My first international guest, LaTannia, joins me to honor her late father with one of his favorite pieces. She also created the drink for this episode, the cello-cello (for limoncello and a cello concerto).
Cello-cello: 4 strawberries, 0.5 oz lime juice, 1 oz limoncello, prosecco. Muddle the strawberries, add lime juice and limoncello, shake, strain into a glass, and top with your bubbly!
