I decided to record this weeks episode while I was cooking, and I really wanted to share this with you because a couple days prior I had recipe developed my lemon caper chicken dish and had a small amount of chicken left over with a heap of sauce. Winter is in full swing and that means soup season!
I could do a whole series on soups. I usually make a pot of soup once a week to have on standby in the fridge ready to warm up during the week. This potato and leek soup is not only easy but so delicious. I totally get how some people may hate creamy soups (I see you men) but pair this with some garlic bread, crispy pancetta or a cheese and herb loaf you will love it.

The shock horror I feel when I tell people I am not a brownie person... (It's actually terrifying) to which I then back up my statement with "but I have an amazing recipe" because that is really going to make the situation a lot better? So for all you lovers and not so lovers of brownies I present to you my fudgy chocolate and raspberry brownies, because you may be pleasantly surprised with what you bake.

I tried to find that perfect texture balance in a choc chip cookie, mixed with the earthy and slightly bitter taste tahini gives quickly balanced with the sweetness of the chocolate and washed with some sea salt flakes

I decided to record this weeks episode while I was meal planning, and I really wanted to share this with you because a couple days prior it was Easter and we had a BBQ at mums and in true ethnic style there was a loaded amount of left overs. I don't know about you guys but when I eat BBQ I kinda want to have a bit of break from eating the same thing over and over but I also do not like wasting food. So I sat down with you and filmed my process on how I incorporated left overs in creating other amazing dishes that wouldn't have me feeling like I was eating the same thing day in day out for days.
