We are back with another recipe that is sure to be a hit, especially here in the winter. This is a great dish for leftovers, and it very easy to make. The good thing about this is, instead of making new sauerkraut, we are just improving on the stuff from a store, which is MUCH easier. But with that, lets get cooking!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 yellow onion
1 large apple (preferably crisp and sweet)
1 teaspoon sugar
4 cups sauerkraut
salt and pepper
1.5 cups water
1 tsp juniper berries (optional)
Smoked sausage (bratwurst, kielbasa, ex)
If you want something to eat with it, you can make a mustard sauce with
1/2 cup stone ground mustard
1/4 cup sour cream

Today, we're back to our entrees, this time with a simple recipe for cheesy chicken spaghetti. It takes a couple hours if you boil the chicken, but even so, it is mostly hands off. Overall, its a great dinner for any day of the week>

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta
1 can rotel (or 1-1.5 cups salsa)

We are once again returning to the sweet table, this time with a recipe from the cold reaches of Skyrim. This is a simple apple cobbler recipe from the Elder Scrolls franchise, and is sure to warm you up inside, even if you get hit by a stray ice spell.
