Jordan and Liam believe that education plays an important and key role in addressing homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in schools. I agree with them, I think the earlier you talk about these topics, the better you can prevent discrimination and its challenges. In this episode, Jordan and Liam tell us about their impactful work with teachers and young people to achieve their educative mission. On top of that, they share how to understand the impact words and language used can have on other people. You'd be surprised how we (people) commonly use some offensive words... I left this conversation much more mindful of that and forever grateful to Jordan and Liam for coming to Fair Tales to teach us how to be more inclusive and respectful.

Starting this new year 2023 with this to-be-listened episode with Sarah Drummond, Design Strategist and Film Maker. We had such a great conversation and what I loved the most about our conversation is that  Sarah talks openly about the challenges she faced during her career in the design industry - from co-founding Snook to her current film-making project. Being the youngest knowledgeable in the room at work, advocating for  LGBTQ+ people's rights, making a movie to reveal legislation that banned the promotion of homosexuality in the 80s... Sarah does many great things and I highly recommend you listen to her Fair Tales - you'll get so much out of it! This is the first Fair Tales episode of 2023 - not to talk about magic but the real stuff.
In this episode, Wojtek shares his experience coming from abroad and working in the UK.
