Michael Porter, Jr. had 31 points on 13/16 shooting and 8 rebounds. Jamal Murray had 23 points, 6 dimes, and 4 boards.   Thibs interestingly started out small again with Deuce McBride getting his 2nd straight start. He played a game high 44 minutes and scored 11 points. New York Knicks fringe-MVP candidate Jalen Brunson scored 26 points and added 9 assists. Isaiah Hartenstein scored 20 points on 8/10 shooting, playing right into Jokic's and the Nuggets hands of believing that he was an offensive option to be used throughout the game, which seemed to take the rest of the starters out of rhythm.

Josh Hart led NY with a triple-double, his 3rd of the season. 13 points 19 rebounds 10 assists Donte DiVincenzo picked up the scoring slack with 28 points, and Bojan Bogdanovic pitched in 20 off the bench. It was both.  Jalen Brunson struggled for a lot of the game and Tyrese Maxey played 3 great quarters, but the Knicks were able to withstand a huge Philadelphia 76ers run in this win in Philly. Alec Burks was a Knick prior in 2020 and 2021, and any Knick fan that remembers knows that Thibs chose to utilize him as a backup point guard at times when injuries forced him to do so.   Deuce McBride deserves real minutes still, but Thibs has fallen in love with ballhandling Alec Burks once again, and Deuce's minutes have dropped dramatically in these last 2 games.   The Knicks filed a protest last night to the NBA for the ending of the Houston Rockets game from Monday night. Josh Hart also got nicked up in the 4th quarter, and they both have to get checked out by the medical staff after the game. Derrick Rose played!   Vince Williams, Jr. led the Grizzlies with 19 points. Gg Jackson had 16. Donte DiVincenzo led NY with 32 points. Brunson had 27 points and 8 assists. Isaiah Hartenstein and Precious Achiuwa had 17 a piece.
