On our first episode, we catch up with the ever present Andrew Barnes. A proud Englishman with a long list of off-field highlights from his time in Jakarta, with not too many on-field, hear first hand how the club was formed, some early stories of the formative years and plenty of giggles along the way. The Jakarta Barbarians Cricket Club were formed in 2012, a time of great change was sweeping through the archipelago as this rag tag and unlikely bunch of guys set about forming one of the greatest Cricket Clubs Java, Indonesia and the World has ever laid witness to.
