Buckle up for absolute chaos! In this laugh-out-loud episode, comedian Inessa joins JMS to talk ADHD brain, masking, toxic self-help gurus, weird therapy hacks, and of course — haunted apartments and demons that apparently live in your vagina. From spiraling about cleaning dust ghosts to questioning if weight gain is really just a hungry entity, no topic is off-limits. It’s raw, ridiculous, and way too relatable. If you love comedy podcasts that mix mental health misadventures, paranormal nonsense, and brutally honest girl talk, this one’s for you.🔥 Topics include:ADHD brain vs. to-do listsMasking, over-labeling, and pop-psychology BSGhosts, shadows, and demon-haunted apartmentsSelf-help scams and the “next Mel Robbins” hustleEmotional eating, hypochondria, and heart ultrasounds gone wrongPerfect for fans of chaotic comedy, mental health humor, and comedians oversharing way too much.Follow Inessa on Instagram for more laughs!Subscribe to me on PUNCHUP to WATCH MY NEW SPECIAL! Hey Idiots!I had the opportunity to speak with the Head of Archives & Special Collections at Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens, Jason Speck. It's the former home of Marjorie Merriweather Post, who was a very interesting woman. This episode is a cool look into what it's like to run archives at a museum and also a really interesting glimpse into the life of a woman who was ahead of her time--and also happened to be the original owner of Mar-A-Lago, ironically, a place she dreamed would be like the southern White House.Enjoy!
