Debbie Brady is a serious Wellness Warrior - breathing into absolutely every medical issue placed on her path with Grace, Determination and Courage.  When Debbie was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in 2020 she dug deep to find out and research as much as she possibly could in order to heal herself and her body as naturally as possible.  Debbie was told by doctors and nurses that she would pass away in two weeks unless she undertook immediate intense chemotherapy & medication. She was placed in a Cancer Ward and felt as though she was left to die. At this point she flat out refused to give in and was determined to show everyone that the body can heal itself if it is given the right tools in order to do what it is designed to do. Today, Debbie shares her story, her journey, her obstacles and how after being given two weeks to live - she's still here 4 years later.  Debbie is a true inspiration of what it means to have a healthy mindset and a woman who has leaned into her situation completely, without letting fear take hold. Life isn’t all about routines and structure, you have to live a little.  Winter is one of those times when we do let the routines go a little, it’s cold and we don’t want to get out of bed! Am I right? So, we have to put some practices in place that will see us through.So it comes down to a few things;Acceptance that you’re going to fall off the wagon at timesBeing more structured in your planning to get yourself into actionMaking sure you have people around you who can help you put those things into actionEnjoying the luxuries of life is SO important, the reality is, it could all be over in a second. Can we reach Enlightenment in this life time? Can we reach our FULL potential?
