Metaphors are powerful nuggets which help us touch base with ourselves,our feelings and also helps us see things from some distance .
As leaders if we can bring the use of Metaphors into our life it would enrich our leadership journey and also help our teams and stakeholders.
When we can truly deep dive and connect with all our stories and truly understand what motivates and drives us we connect to our WHY.
In my opinion once this happens the results are magical. In my experience when our job ad WHY are synced magic unfolds.
It's very essential for us as leaders to educate ourselves and learn constantly.Even if we aren't experts in certain spaces, it's essential to self-learn, build new knowledge blocks and upgrade our skills. Unless we invest in this for ourselves, we would need to blindly depend on others. Moving blind isn't a powerful leadership space.
The demon who halts our growth and is one of the most poisonous weapons of destruction is Resistance.

When we don't agree and there is a conflict of interest and ideas it's imperative to communicate. It's imperative to observe and understand the situation and world view of our stakeholders and share our points with clarity, conviction, and most importantly respect.
The ability to influence is a very important leadership skill. A simple way to share this thought is; a beautiful flower in full bloom in the garden would definitely attract butterflies and bees. In order to influence one must burn with brightness and intensity; so the people automatically get attracted and come towards you and want to follow you. The Podcast enlists a few steps on how to get consensus.
To build habits and make changes isn't simple. It doesn't happen overnight. It's a step-by-step process and takes time, effort, and practice. It's truly a jigsaw puzzle finding all the small parts one needs to work on and create the picture of our choice.
Some very interesting commonalities between hiking and life. We can learn from absolutely anything in life. Everywhere we have a lesson waiting for us. All we need to do is be open to learning and changing!

Faith is a powerful space and only once we allow ourselves to take this leap can we experience this dimension. This means letting go of control and allowing another dimension the manifest.
There are innumerable stories in history across the world where women are disempowered and ill-treated every time they try to take a stand or take up a leadership role. Can we learn something from these stories?
So in my opinion, a great leader is someone who can exchange all three currencies. The three currencies being Knowledge, Power, and Money. Along with constantly exchanging these currencies, it's imperative to be grounded and connected.
It's imperative to truly find what's your driver. Many a times we tend to get carried away by others. This is the time to pause and truly connect and ask ourselves why am I doing what I'm doing. The question to ask is in doing what I'm doing what am I really doing!
A conversation where there is resonance, connect, energy, and silence is a leadership conversation.
Leadership is about using the intelligence of the body, heart, and the intellect.
As a leader, one needs to work with self to access all the three powers effectively.
How imperative it's to watch our thoughts, feelings, and behaviour.
Once we're conscious we can always reframe our thoughts and this would directly impact behaviour.
