Have you been so frustrated of other people? Have you asked why are they are like that? Why can't they change despite you telling them over and over again about their mistakes? Or maybe you often catch yourself saying that "sana all" or you hope that you have what others have. You tend to tend that the grass is greener in your neighbor's yard. Or maybe you wish that you were back in the days that things was simpler and easier. Or probably you tend to want to control what would happen in the future that why you tend to think of the different worst case scenarios and try to mitigate them.
We will talk about how we can deal with this by learning how to identify our circle of influence.
