Founder and CEO of More Canvas Consulting, Pilar Castro-Kiltz ‘10, is driven by creating value, meaning, and connection through business and the arts. With an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Pilar uses her expertise in strategy, marketing, and management to guide independent businesses through starting new ventures, navigating market shifts, initiating growth, and increasing operational efficiency. Current clients include firms and entrepreneurs in healthcare, legal services, higher education, tech, the arts, retail, and financial services. With a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, in 2013 Pilar founded The Princeton Arts Alumni—a network and resources for alums who are in and for the arts: across disciplines, geographies, and decades. Pilar continues to work as a producer and theater maker. While Executive Artistic Director of Ensemble Dance, a dance-theater company that created original interdisciplinary works for performance in New York City from 2011-2017, Pilar’s choreography was seen at Radio City Music Hall, Off-Off Broadway stages, competitively curated festivals, and on film. Phoebe Champion is the General Manager of Akrathos Winery in Halkidiki, Greece. She splits time between Greece and the US and when she isn’t working, she’s playing (horse) polo or water polo. Phoebe was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and Palo Alto, CA. At Princeton she majored in French & Italian Studies with a certificate in Translation & Intercultural Communication.
Jeff Zhao currently works on the go-to-market team for Google's Chrome OS team, helping shape the future of personal computing. Jeff received his BA in Politics from Princeton University in 2010.
Alexandra Best Mahon was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She received her BA in Spanish from Princeton University in 2010, and then attended the University of Florida, where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.  After dental school, she was accepted to Virginia Commonwealth University for her orthodontic residency, graduating with her Masters of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Orthodontics. Ali worked as an orthodontic associate for a few years before purchasing the office where she was working in Concord, NC, now named Best Orthodontics. She is married to her wonderful husband Brendan Mahon, Princeton Class of 2010, and they welcomed their adorable daughter Arabella in April 2020.
Lauren Cowher Hill is a seasoned Customer Experience and Operations leader in the technology space and currently the VP of Student Success at Outlier.org.  Outlier, from the co-founder of MasterClass and listed as one of TIME’s Best Inventions 2020, has developed high-quality, university-level and for-credit courses taught online by some of the most celebrated educators in their respective fields.  Their mission is two-fold: (1) increase access to high-quality college education, (2) dramatically reduce student debt.  Prior to Outlier, Lauren was the Senior Director of Global Customer Experience at ClassPass, where she led a team of 150 people (275 at seasonal peak) that supported customers across 2,500 cities, 28 countries, 5 continents and 12 languages.  Lauren has also held leadership roles as the Director of Customer Experience and Ordering Operations at online interior design startup Havenly and Director of Customer Success at the cloud-based content creation platform WriterAccess.  She got her career start in PR at Edelman as a member of the Health team in their NYC HQ, supporting major pharmaceutical companies across a number of medications and disease areas. Lauren holds a BA in Anthropology (Cum Laude) from Princeton University and a MA in Visual Anthropology (distinction) from Goldsmiths, University of London.  She lives in Denver, CO with her husband Jason and beloved Wirehaired Pointing Griffon pup, Zula.
Eric Cohen is a Studio Product Strategy Executive at Netflix, working at the intersection of production, studio strategy, and technology. Eric provides strategic insights and leadership to the Netflix technology and studio divisions as they pursue major investments in Physical Production, Workforce Management, and Acquisition/Finance. Prior to Netflix, Eric was the Release Strategy Lead for Amazon Studios, leading scheduling decisions for the Original TV & Film slate including Borat 2, the Oscar winning film Sound of Metal, Emmy nominated/winning series Fleabag, The Boys, The Underground Railroad, Small Axe, and many more. After completing his MBA/MFA dual degree program at NYU Stern & Tisch, Eric was Head of Production, Finance & Strategy for OBB Media, where he executive produced Historical Roasts for Netflix, won a Streamy Award for producing Kevin Hart's Cold as Balls for YouTube, and produced numerous other documentaries, digital series, and branded pieces. Eric graduated from Princeton University in 2010 with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
Eric Finkelstein is a healthcare IT consultant who enjoys whimsical passion projects. He recently set a Guinness World Record for the longest table tennis serve in world history.
Laura Hankin is the author of HAPPY & YOU KNOW IT and A SPECIAL PLACE FOR WOMEN, which she is currently developing for television. Her musical comedy has been featured in The Washington Post, Funny or Die, and more. She splits her time between New York City, where she has performed onscreen and off-Broadway, and Washington DC, where she once fell off a treadmill twice in one day.
Scott Britton is the Co-Founder of Troops where he leads growth. Prior to this he was a business development executive at SinglePlatform where he built out one of the largest local data publishing networks in the world before the company sold to Constant Contact for $100m.  He was selected to the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2017 and received a BA from Princeton University.
Mickheila Jasmin-Beamon joined the Office of Career Services for the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in July 2021. Mrs. Jasmin-Beamon is a workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant with a personal passion for helping diverse students shape their professional paths with fulfilling employment opportunities. Additionally, Mrs. Jasmin-Beamon works closely with student organizations and professional affinity groups to develop employment opportunities and manage Hofstra Law’s participation in diversity initiatives. Prior to joining the Office of Career Services, Mrs. Jasmin-Beamon served as owner and Chief Executive Officer of Citadelle Consulting LLC, an equitable workplace consulting firm. As an Associate Court Attorney for the New York State Unified Court System, she was assigned to one of the country’s first problem solving courts and volunteered for the Rockaway Community Justice Center as a panelist and legal advisor. Mrs. Jasmin-Beamon received a B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University along with certificates in African American Studies and Gender and Sexuality Studies. Mrs. Jasmin-Beamon went on to receive her Critical Race Studies J.D. Specialization from UCLA School of Law. In addition to studying the intersectionality of civil rights law, she has extensive experience in employment litigation. Mrs. Jasmin-Beamon also investigated complaints of unlawful discriminatory practices and prosecuted cases on behalf of the Sexual/Gender-Based Harassment Unit of the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Mrs. Jasmin-Beamon also served as Assistant General Counsel for the City of New York Department of Correction and as an associate focusing on civil rights, fair housing, employment discrimination, voting rights, police misconduct, wrongful death and criminal law.
Michael Graves is a sales professional who worked at the U.S. office of Miki & Co., Ltd. for eight years in international chemicals imports, primarily from Japan and China. He has extensive experience in the Aerospace Industry dealing with Carbon Fiber Composites and high service temperature Engineering Plastics such as Polyimide, Bismaleimide, and Multi-Functional Epoxy resins. During his time at Miki, Michael was a top performing salesman who presided over growth in Sales and Gross Profits for his accounts of approximately +4% annualized. He specializes in new business development and initiated multiple long-term business development projects with Multi-Million dollar annual sales potential. Michael’s employment at Miki & Co., Ltd. ended in January, 2019. A period of career transition has followed, during which he drove from New York to California in October 2020 and back in May 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most recently, he has accepted a position as Vice President of Sales at The Open Hazards Group in his hometown of Davis, California.
Katharine McGee is the New York Times bestselling author of American Royals and the Thousandth Floor trilogy. She studied English and French literature at Princeton and has an MBA from Stanford. Katharine lives with her husband and son in her hometown of Houston, Texas.
Nikhil Lawrence Pereira-Kamath has over 15 years of experience in the dialysis space having previously run a non-for-profit organization, Youth That Care, whose mission was to provide assistance to the developing world via the establishment of dialysis centers. Youth That Care established dialysis centers across India and the first dialysis center in Burundi. Nik Co-Founded Africa Healthcare Network in 2015 with the goal of increasing access to care by increasing awareness and reducing the cost of care in the Sub-Saharan region while adhering to global standards of quality. Previously, Nik worked in the private equity industry as an associate at Berkshire Partners, a Boston based investment firm with $11.0Bn+ in AUM. At Berkshire, Nik engaged in all aspects of the investment process, including Berkshire’s $2.1Bn acquisition and subsequent merger of Lightower Fiber Networks and Sidera Networks in 2013 and $875MM acquisition of the Portillo’s Restaurant Group in 2014. Additionally, Nik was a member of the Healthcare OnPoint Team – a core investment team that focuses on “getting smart” on the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Berkshire, he was an analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Healthcare Group where he focused primarily in biopharmaceuticals and healthcare services. Transactions at Morgan Stanley include the sale of Pharmasset to Gilead Sciences for $11.1Bn, sale of HealthDataInsights to HMS Holdings for $400MM, sale of Pharmaceutical Product Development to Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman for $3.9Bn. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked at Oxford Bioscience Partners where he worked as a research analyst, covering a portfolio company, FlowMedica. He holds a patent with Harry Goodson IV, Jeffrey Elkins and Samir Patel for the “Treatment Systems and Methods for Renal-Related Diseases”. Nik was a Candidate for an MBA at Harvard Business School Class of 2016 where he received First Year Honors before deciding to defer his second year to launch AHN. Prior to joining Harvard Business School. Nik graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in Economics and a certificate in Finance.

Jazzy Ellis is a Screen Actors Guild Award winning SAG-AFTRA stunt actor, social justice warrior, and public speaker with over 75 film and TV credits, including Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, HBO's The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, The Walking Dead, Bad Boys for Life, and Chaos Walking.
Julia Jacobson is the CEO of NEXT Medical Products and BLOXR Solutions, and has learned through her own experience the values of leadership and entrepreneurship. She is also a former Class Officer for the Princeton Class of 2010 and is interested in various social justice causes.
Philicia Saunders is an American actress of Jamaican parentage. She is best known for her role as Tabala Zo in the Star Wars Universe, The Force Awakens. Born in Los Angeles, her early formal education nurtured her interest in the performing arts. Philicia attended Princeton University where she participated in live theater performances, and as her senior thesis project she presented a solo performance of Anna Deavere Smith's one woman show, Fires in the Mirror. Philicia completed a master's degree program in acting at UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. At UCLA, she appeared in many stage productions, including William Wycherley's The Country Wife, Elmer Rice's The Adding Machine and Noël Coward's Hay Fever. She also attended the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England with an emphasis on classical acting and Shakespeare. In addition, she attended the Guthrie Experience for graduate actors in training in Minneapolis, MN. During this time, Philicia also worked as a production and casting intern on Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained, Salim Akil's Jumping the Broom and Justin Tipping's Kicks. She started her professional career in acting when she made her stage debut at Ark Theater in Los Angeles as Hermia in William Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream, portraying Portia with the Independent Shakespeare Company in a production of William Shakespeare's Julius Caesar, and at Stage 52 as Monica in a Jamaican play called Which Way is Out? Her film debut started with a series of featured roles in 88 Soul, Don't Let Her Pull you Down, Blaxican Brothers, The Doctor of Bagram, Enhanced, Sleight, and Straight Outta Compton. She has appeared in film with supporting and lead roles in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Bound to Kill, The Morning After, Come Here Often?, He's Watching and Poe. Her television credits include co-star and featured roles in Shameless, REL, Speechless, Strange Angel, Bulge Bracket and Lost Angeles. Philicia is a competitive synchronized swimmer and she volunteers with local children's theater groups in Los Angeles.
