The Blue Cup sobriety Project is back & quirky.  Today’s short episode talks about coming back & believing in yourself even when it gets hard to maintain that belief.  We also discuss a couple of tools for when it gets rough, and by it I mean life.

Welcome to the first official episode of TBCSP.  This episode is all over the place, quirky, didn't stick to the script but it was real.  I took the first take of all of the "episode 1's" I had and made this one work because this felt the most authentic to me because I was not sticking to my notes (too much) or really what I had planned to say.  I spoke from my heart and recounted some of my obstacles on the way to sobriety.  Join me as I look back at my last day of drinking and recount all of the feelings that brought me here today.  *This episode contains homework at the end*.  Enjoy!
