It's our 50th episode! Alex, Ryan, and Callie mark the occasion by welcoming boys' volleyball juniors Evan Cmiel and Drew Palmer to the fold. The crew recaps spring sports to this point in the season and closes things out with our latest group of student athletes committing to college programs.

In this latest episode, Alex and Ryan have the opportunity to sit down with former Steeler's General Manager, Kevin Colbert '75.  Kevin talks about his career in the NFL, his time as a student on Troy Hill, and now his current role at NC.   

We are in the depths of winter sports as the regular seasons are quickly coming to a close.  Alex, Ryan, and Callie catch up with Max Hurray of boys basketball and Conor Berry from hockey to gain perspective of their seasons and how each team's depth has contributed to their success. 

We are back!  After a long break, we return with a brand new episode on winter sports.  Alex, Ryan, and Callie get you caught up on basketball for your Trojans and Trojanettes.  They even get into talking hockey as the post season is right around the corner.  

In the first episode of the 2023-2024 school year, get caught up on all of the success for Fall sports here at North.  Alex, Ryan, and Callie have your favorite Trojan and Trojanette team covered.  

As the 2022-2023 school year comes to a close, spring sports playoffs are still going.  Baseball and boys volleyball are making a run and track and field state qualifiers are preparing for their meets.  Alex and Ryan wrap up the year with this final podcast as they are joined by volleyball senior Luke Ball and junior pitcher Tommy Schafale from baseball. 

On this episode, Alex and Ryan recap the most recent happenings as we close out the regular season for Spring sports.  They are joined by juniors Tommy Koroly and Annie Schleppy to talk baseball and girls lacrosse.  

Alex and Ryan open the episode talking with Sam Breen, NC '17, before they update on spring sports.  Breen is the Trojanettes' all-time leading scorer and is now the leading scorer in UMass Women's Basketball.  With the calendar flipping to May, Alex and Ryan talk spring sports as they are now in the final weeks of the regular season.  

In this latest episode, Alex and Ryan are joined by alum Joe Rockey NC '82.  They discuss his path from the halls of Troy Hill to the board rooms of the banking industry and to what is next for him.  Mr. Rockey also provides some helpful insight to current students on how to build a successful professional career.  

The 2023 season is underway for Boys Volleyball.  Alex and Ryan sit down with Coach Ball to see how the team is doing and what goals and expectations they have for spring.  

As one sport season comes to an end another begins.  Alex and Ryan close out winter with a recap of basketball playoffs and senior Maggie Foley, 4 time WPIAL gold medalist in diving stops by to talk about her decorated high school career.  With spring sports now underway, baseball is a topic of discussion and senior Sean Dewey joins the program to talk about the team and the season ahead.  

Your Trojans and Trojanettes are championship bound!  Alex and Ryan get you prepared ahead of both games this weekend at the Pete.  They are joined by Trojans' junior Nick Larson and Trojanettes' senior Tori Drevna as their teams are ready to go.

The 2022-2023 Winter sports playoffs are here! Basketball, hockey, swimming and diving, and wrestling are all playoff bound.  Alex and Ryan have everything you need to know about the post season runs for your Trojans and Trojanettes.  Junior Emilio Laracuente sits down with Alex to talk hockey and the road ahead for the team.

Alex and Ryan are all in on basketball this episode.  As the regular season comes to a close this week, they get you caught up on where the Trojans and Trojanettes stand heading into the WPIAL playoffs.  Boys junior Max Hurray and Girls Head Coach Molly Rottmann join to talk about their respective teams.  Also, Coach Rottmann shares the excitement of the past weekend when the team celebrated 50 years of Trojanettes basketball.

Alex and Ryan catch up with alum John Donovan (Class of 1978, HOF 2021) on where his career has taken him since leaving Troy Hill.  Mr. Donovan shares some great advice on building a great career path through relationship building, forward thinking, and finding success through collaboration.

We have reached the midway point of the school year and the winter sports season.  There is big news for NC football, a great milestone reached for Trojanette basketball, and wrestling is having a good year.  Alex and Ryan are joined on this episode by new Head Football Coach Chris Rizzo, Trojanette junior Alayna Rocco, and wrestling senior Matt Denninger.

In the first new episode of 2023, Alex and Ryan talk NC basketball, hockey, and wrestling as winter sports are in full swing.  On this episode, they are joined by Trojanette basketball senior Anna Waskiewicz and Trojan basketball seniors Max Rottmann and Andrew Maddalon, as they are committed to playing NCAA basketball in 2023-2024.  Also on the program, ice hockey Head Coach Jon Hoffmann talks with Alex as the Trojans have reached the midpoint of the PIHL season.

On this latest episode, the former CEO of the Cleveland Cavaliers and member of the class of 1978, Len Komoroski stops by to chat with Alex and Ryan.  Komoroski talks about his journey from the halls of Troy Hill to a 40 year career in professional sports.  Now a member of the NC Board of Directors, he shares his thoughts on what makes North so great and his hopes for the future of his alma mater.

Girls volleyball has claimed their third straight WPIAL title and fourth in the last five years.  Alex and Ryan catch up with junior Alex Sepcic to find out what has made this team so successful.  Also on this episode, junior Dylan Bourque form the hockey team sits down with Alex to talk some hockey.

Both girls volleyball and soccer have advanced deep into the WPIAL playoffs.  Alex and Ryan recap the action for both teams and also talk a bit of football and hockey.
