The ninth episode is available now and features Mario Facchinetti, a Swiss-based proptech pioneer and founder of PropTechMarket, who has tapped into the value of open innovation in the real estate startup scene.   The 30-minute conversation explores how a collaborative and community-orientated outlook accelerates innovation. Mario's idea of innovation networks has allowed local players to make greater use of available synergies, grow awareness of the somewhat nascent proptech scene and in turn increase funding. Recognising that the real estate industry still has a long way to go when it comes to implementing new technologies, Mario is nonetheless adamant that the sharing of ideas and a community-orientated approach are key to overcoming this hesitancy; that, and a 'bit of luck'.
