wow this is so out of sync with mark and primal lifestyle.
Re: backpain Pete Egoscue
Dr Lindsey Berkson would be a good interview on bioidentical hormones, HRT and breast cancer risk
as a vaccine injured person, to call it a bulllshit based belief is a bit ignorant.
Brilliant podcast. I love the variety of guests and the no nonsense, straight forward delivery! One of my favourite things to listen to and learn from. Thank you!
Wow, what a close!!!
Gary foresman is a quack and you guys should do better.
I listen to a lot of podcasts but Primal Blueprint is one of my favourites. They always have a wide range of guests on many different topics of interest. I love Elle's interview style, she's easy to listen to and relate with. If you are interested in bettering your health in every way this is a great podcast to listen to.
I dislike this speaker and her message on those who are goal oriented and driven to care about their bodies. I had to stop listening in the middle because I find her to be a terribly judgment and negative speaker. There is nothing wrong with those that take pride and dedication in their bodies, and the possibility of crashing and burning can happen to anyone. Not a fan.
I cannot listen to her. It literally sounds like she is reading a script!!!
Condensed.
great beginning keto
Ugh. I can’t listen to her. I may be done if Mark doesn’t come back on. Sorry.
I’m sorry but this is the second podcast with this lady in it and she is like a robot. I hate to say it but she doesn’t need to be reciting these. Boring.
I roast grind and brew my own coffee...podcast .very interesting info on coffee roasts and brewing methods. I use aeropress with a metal filter and medium dark roasted Costa Rica Tarrazu beans.
Good information.
