Steve Gruber sits down with Mark Mix, President of the National Right to Work Committee and the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation, to discuss a bold new legislative push to protect independent-minded workers from unwanted union control. Sen. Bill Cassidy’s Worker RESULTS Act aims to restore workplace democracy by mandating secret-ballot union elections, banning coercive “card check” organizing, and cutting back on union bosses’ ability to block workers from voting out ineffective representation. Mark explains how this proposal stands in stark contrast to other plans, like Sen. Josh Hawley’s “Faster Labor Contracts Act,” which could impose forced arbitration and strip workers of their rights. This conversation highlights the fight to defend worker freedom and choice in the workplace.

Fighting for you from the Foxhole of Freedom—
Number One— The end of the line for the American Penny finally came on Wednesday after 230 years—I am not sure why it lasted this long to be honest—BUT the Lincoln cent is the last of it—
Number Two— John Fetterman is among some Democrats that are not getting the snub from MSNBC—I guess if you don’t tow the line—the PR wing of the Democrat Party, the mainstream media will just say you are not welcome here—
Number Three— Democrats are screaming at the top of their lungs that they finally have President Trump—after some emails were released between a discredited writer Michael Wolff and Jeffrey Epstein—the left is saying it proves Trump did something wrong—what it actually shows is the Grifter Wolff was pushing Epstein to attack Trump for political cover—
Steve Gruber talks with Erika Sanzi, Senior Director of Communications at Defending Education, about their latest legal action against the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Defending Education has filed a federal complaint alleging serious Title IX violations, highlighting concerns over how universities handle complaints and protect students’ rights. Sanzi breaks down the complaint, why it matters for students and parents nationwide, and what this case reveals about accountability in higher education. It’s a deep dive into education, fairness, and legal oversight in America’s universities.

Steve Gruber sits down with Michael McMahon, a decorated former NYPD detective, and his wife, Emmy-winning actress Martha Byrne, to set the record straight about Michael’s recent pardon from President Donald Trump and the truth behind the widely reported “Operation Fox Hunt” case. Contrary to media portrayals, Michael was innocently caught up in a political push to appear tough on China, with key evidence withheld and witnesses fabricating stories. The case exposes misconduct within the Department of Justice and the FBI and highlights how government overreach can ruin lives. Michael shares his firsthand account of betrayal, injustice, and the fight to reclaim his reputation, offering a cautionary tale about due process and political motivations in high-profile cases.

Steve Gruber is joined by Congresswoman Maria Elvira Salazar, U.S. Representative for Florida’s 27th District and author of Dignity Not Citizenship: The Truth About Immigration No One Is Telling You. They discuss the immigration crisis that has reached a breaking point after decades of political gridlock and years of reckless open-border policies under President Biden. Salazar explains why ICE raids or blanket amnesty won’t solve the problem and shares her bold legislative solution, the Dignity Act, a pragmatic, bipartisan plan that secures borders, strengthens the economy, and provides long-term undocumented immigrants a path to step out of the shadows. This conversation is about real solutions, restoring dignity, and reclaiming America’s moral leadership.

Steve Gruber sits down with Kentucky Auditor Allison Ball, whose recent investigation uncovered more than $800 million in wasted Medicaid funds in Kentucky alone, money paid out to people who may not even live in the state anymore. In her new Washington Examiner op-ed, “What the Shutdown Debate Gets Wrong About Medicaid,” Ball exposes the scope of waste and fraud across the system, including one individual found receiving benefits from eight different states at once. While Washington argues over keeping the government shut down, Democrats are pushing to expand Medicaid spending without fixing the problems that already exist. Ball explains why this isn’t just a budgeting issue, it’s a moral one, and why every wasted dollar represents a life or family that truly needs help but isn’t getting it.
Steve Gruber is joined by Mark Mitchell, Head Pollster at Rasmussen Reports, for a deep dive into the latest polling numbers and what they reveal about America’s political pulse. From New York’s shocking turn toward socialism with Mamdani’s election to the growing disconnect between Republicans and younger voters, Mitchell warns that it’s time for conservatives to wake up and get serious about reforming government. The two also discuss what Donald Trump must do to re-energize his base and capture the next generation’s attention before it’s too late.
Lots of work to do—let’s get to it—Here are 3 big things for this hour—
Number One— The end of the government shutdown is at hand—BUT it will take some time for things to get rolling again normally—so be patient—its on the way—
Number Two— Affordability—that is the issue that may well decide the mid-term elections next year—its what got President Trump elected—and people are demanding results and they want them soon—
Number Three— This week, the Democrat Party is eating itself alive on live television, and it is glorious. Senate Democrats just voted to end the government shutdown—yes, the same shutdown they swore was a “moral imperative” to protect their sacred cow programs—and the radical left is having a Category-5 meltdown. They’re not just mad; they’re feral. They wanted this pain to drag on for months, maybe years, just to bleed Trump dry politically. But even some of their own moderates finally grew a spine and said, “Enough.” And now? The long knives are out for Chuck Schumer.

Drew Horn, CEO of GreenMet and former Trump administration official, joins Steve to discuss a major milestone in U.S. critical minerals production. In partnership with Locksley Resources, Horn helped secure a $190M Letter of Interest from the U.S. EXIM Bank to fast-track domestic antimony production, vital for U.S. munitions and defense. For the first time in decades, a 100% American-made antimony ingot has been produced, reducing reliance on Chinese supply and strengthening U.S. industrial resilience.
