Sometimes no contact isn't an option. You have kids with a narcissist, you're still married, still living together and you can't just disappear, much as you'd like to. So when you can't go no contact you have to master the art of grey rock and THIS is how you do it.  Super quick here grey rock is the name of the technique used to slowly teach the narcissist that they will have to go elsewhere to get their supply because YOU are closing up shop! You want to become as flat and dull and boring as a grey rock..  Again, this should really only be done when you can't go no contact.
