The Akashic Records are a tool of reconnection, embodiment and healing — if we let them! We often hear of the Akashic Records as being up there, out of our bodies, a prescriptive tool, or a way of reading people's past lives. All of this has a place, and is important at different times in our lives. But there is more. So much more! The Akashic Records are not separate from our bodies. In fact, every cell in our body has a Record of its own. The Akashic Records are most definitely a part of the Earth, and every living thing on the Earth. And we can use them in so many more ways than just "reading" or disconnecting from our day-to-day lives.
