Depression can be a dark place and hope can seem fleeting, but hope has a name that can overcome: Jesus, our light in the darkness! David shares his testimony and some verses from the Bible as He points us to the One who has the power in the midst of our weakness to win the battle he had with depression, and we pray it can help you do the same! The Bible is clear God has a perfect plan. We see it from beginning to end. From the fall of Adam and Eve, to Revelation, everything unfolds in His perfect timing and will, even in the midst of our sin and sufferings, but, how? How does our good, loving God, who Loves us perfectly, more than we can imagine, use my pain for my good and His glory? How do I not mess everything up with the decisions I've made, or the route my life has taken? Stay tuned to hear Kim's testimony to find out!Psalm 18:30 and 2 Samuel 22:31 says, "As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord's word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him" It always goes back to the cross, the most unjust, painful suffering happening to our perfect Savior. Only He would take this, and make it into the BEST gift of grace we could ever receive for our good, and His Glory!
What does the bible say about alcohol? It has been brought up as a gift and a little bit can help with stomach illness... So where is the line? The Bible says we are to have a sound mind for protection, making it clear that it can lead to sin when we reach the point of drunkenness, or if us drinking causes people we love to stumble if they struggle. If you are tuning in with this struggle, or if alcohol has been a way to cope or numb from the pain, you are not alone! Carl shares his story, bringing you hope and encouragement, reminding us if God is taking something, it is always because He is replacing it with something better, something you were designed for! Ephesians 5:18-19 says: "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord..."He is with you, and will make good of whatever you have been through! Love you guys, and always here if not need anything! To Him be the Glory!

Perfect Love drives out fear...and envy! Proverbs 27:4 says “Anger is cruel and fury overwhelming, but who can stand before jealousy?” James 3:15 even says envy is demonic in nature! Though it may seem like jealousy and comparison have the power, we’re going to talk about a greater power that far surpasses and overcomes, Jesus! When we understand Jesus came as God’s one and only Son tosave us, to have life to the full now and into eternity, when we didn’t deserve it, then we want to show this grace and love for others, putting their needs before our own like Jesus did for us. Lexi hosts her Aunt Niki on her battle through her journey with Breast Cancer. On today's episode, Niki shares that Good Friday is only good, because we know the end of the story. How can we use Jesus's death and resurrection on the cross, to reflect our own lives when we suffer? How can our suffering ever be anywhere near considered "good?" Jesus says, "A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart, for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks" in Luke 6:45.
