Our history books are full of stories of those civilizations that were once considered "too big to collapse". But now, their ruins are nothing more than a tourist attraction and something to pity on. But as Mark Twain once said that "History doesn't repeat itself, but it does rhyme". Meaning, humans are bound to make the same mistakes and nature will teach us the same lessons that our ancestors failed to learn. That's why in this podcast segment, we will discuss in detail, the causes or mistakes of humans that cause their civilization to collapse. Walking is one of our most primal and usual movements but most of us have divorced the act of walking from its deeper philosophical side which is anything but usual. So, in this podcast segment, we will explore what walking truly is and how to gain maximum benefits from this simple activity.

Many of the tribes around the world still don't wear much clothes. They only cover their private parts and that's it. They can do this because they live in small groups where everybody knows everybody else and there is trust among them like a big family. But in the modern society, where we come across people from many different groups, we instinctively not only cover our private parts, but we also give attention to protect the entire body. But because of this, nudity became taboo. As everything that is suppressed, is expressed unconsciously as a projection or a possession. That's why in this podcast segment we will expand on the idea why we consider nudity as something profane. 

When we are on the path of self development and self awareness, there comes a point when we start experiencing things that we don't have any words for. We try to articulate it but we always fall short of capturing the actual thing. This is what makes our ability to speak so valuable. Whenever a well articulated person speaks in a manner that we can relate, we feel that we already knew what they were talking about its just that we didn't know how to put understanding into words. To transform yourself is to let your old, unresourceful parts burn off and keep moving forward. Self transformation happens when one is willing to let go a part of themselves that is no longer serving them. It is also about circumambulating around The Self in Jungian sense. Beauty is something that can console, inspire hope, disgust or intimidate us. But in any case, we can't ignore it. There is something of value in beauty that cannot be possessed physically but only contemplated and used a source of knowledge.
