Her first life pivot came upon graduation when she decided to forgo investment banking to pursue a career in fashion merchandising which led her to Columbus, OH. Since moving to Columbus in 2008, Jill has led merchant teams at Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria's Secret PINK, and DSW gaining nearly fifteen years of experience in product development, global sourcing and brand building. In July 2020, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Jill was laid off from her corporate job - an event that served as the catalyst for where she is today. Inspired by a product she developed to manage her daughter's curly hair, Jill made her second life pivot, launching Coco Beans in October 2020! Allie Lehman is an artist, former photographer, illustrator, and designer. Her latest project was creating daily illustrations tied to short stories over the course of three months. She ultimately self-published them all in a book.
