I’m a blue collar family man that hunts 150 + days a year. This podcast is a place for me to answer questions, do hunt recaps, rant about funny things that happen to me as a dad or on the job site, and most importantly try to get the info out there to guys who want to hunt as much as the “insta-fluencers” but don’t think it’s attainable as an average, everyday, normal guy.. I’m here to tell you it’s 100% doable through hard work and some lucky/smart decisions. I’ll share things I’ve learned over the years to build this lifestyle I’m blessed with and hopefully a few laughs at my expense.

So nice to be able to wear a kifaru again without having to feel like I have to wear a baby gap shirt and get an arrow tattooed on my arm 😂 Now that the cult leader has been removed I can feel good about using the gear I’ve used for 10 ish years.. In this podcast I give my initial impressions of the ARC frame and compare it to the slew of other packs I’ve used over the last 2 years. Then a little bonus episode where I cover some of my thoughts on hunting “ethics” and “critics” based off a recent re-read of Fred Bears Field notes..

How many 4 year olds have shot a ln animal with a recurve bow? There’s way more shit that I talked about in this podcast, but honestly, I don’t remember much of it, PLUS none of it compares to the fact that my son is cooler than me.😂
