Growing up in the south, Joseph had a deep desire to preach! Believe it or not, his first words were "AMEN". By quickly realizing that God has called him to preach, he started exploring different options. However, the option God had for him was not the way he thought it would be!
Thinking that her plan was the best, Peyton had a dream to pursue the spotlight as a news Anchor. After working at Fox News, in New York City, Peyton realized that the Lord had different plans. It was in this unfamiliar place, the unknown, that Peyton had to grow her faith and allow Gos to do what he wanted in her life.
Growing up in a broken home, Cole had no idea of what real love looked like. A a result, she went searching for it in things and people. However, in 2018, she encountered real love that has transformed her life forever!
Growing up on the west coast, Evan experienced a life far from perfect. However, through God's direction, he ended up in Tulsa working with the homeless population. From there, he took a broken camera and some peanut butter to connect with his "homebound friends". By listening to their needs, he set out to create the BeHeard Movement that would change Tulsa and the homeless population as we know it.
Growing up in an environment filled with faith, Gia had the ability to rely on the faith of her family. It was not until she stepped out and started her journey in life at Oral Roberts University that her faith had to become her own. Learning to depend on God was a learning process for Gia, but one that was gladly accepted.
Being considered a global citizen, Tafadzwa has done it all. From her time in Australia and Florida, to Tulsa, Taf have proven that the Lord has a greater plan for our lives if we allow Him to lead us. Taf embarked on a journey to climb the corporate ladder at Comcast. However, Got had another plan. Taf responded to that call even though it was super uncomfortable. In the end, it proved to be the best decision ever.
Jordan & Brianne made a "Crazy Faith" decision to trust and follow God with a plan that did not make sense to their natural minds. However, in the end, it made a miracle! God miraculously opened the doors to relocate and expand Breathe Modern Dentistry to a new facility. No man is able to get credit for this amazing story becuase only God could have done something like this! Through the process, Jordan and Brianne chose to believe the Word of God and in the end deceived the miracle.
Growing up in the backwoods of West Virgina, Taylor's childhood involved a lot of dysfunctional family events, arguments, and development of resentment towards family members. While in Junior High, Taylor almost made one of the worst decisions of her life - committing suicide. However, one that very day, she met two girls that literally saved her and became her best friends. It was through relationships like these that Taylor began to long after God and developed an intimate and sweet relationship with Him. Taylor uses her life as a testimony to other young men and women to encourage them that they can make it regardless of what is going on.
Finding his identity in the things he did, Jacob built a reputation as a worship leader. However, it was not until the Lord had his identity taken away from him that Jacob realized he had lost focus of God. Through a series of sermons from Pastor Michael Todd, Jacob rediscovered who he was and what God had called him to do. Jacob felt the call to leave McAllen, Texas and move to Tulsa, Oklahoma and apply for the Internship at Transformation church without any guarantees of a job, place to live, etc. Although being denied, he remained faithful to the call on his life. A year later, he reapplied to Transformation church and was accepted to the internship program. From there on, his faith helped lead the path of his life.
Growing up around ministry in Zimbabwe, Charmaine had a pretty good sense as to who God was. However, it was not until later in her teenage years that she truly developed a relationship with Him. Charmaine had to utilize her faith when she received a word from God that she was suppose to travel across the world to Tulsa, Oklahoma and enroll at Oral Roberts University. Stepping out into the unknown was when Charmaine had to ground her faith in God. Although it seemed crazy, she had to follow her faith wherever it led her.
Parker did not have an easy childhood. Having to endure the divorce of his parents from a young age, Parker turned to various outlets to coup with the new "normal". Substances consumed Parker's life to the point that he had no expectation to live beyond his 18th birthday. However, Parker found Jesus and was able to drastically transform his life and redeem a lot of the time he wasted in his life.
Growing up in a condition that was not conducive to fuel his success, Valin made a decision that he would change his legacy along with his family. From a young age, Valin discovered his passion for the environment. With this passion, he pursued a career in the environmental sector that required faith to make happen. After being let go from a soil production company, Valin was faced with a decision - step out in faith and make his dream a reality or settle for his present reality (being jobless). With a wife and child depending on him, Valin decided to take that step of faith. Since then, nothing has been the same.
Having her world rattled in high school through her parent's divorce, Joycelyn built a wall around her heart that kept God at a distance. However, that did not last long. After coming to know God through a simple encounter, Joycelyn decided to live her life for Him. God directed her to attend Oral Roberts University, where she met her husband - Tyler. In this new season of life, Joycelyn is discovering, more and more, how important of a role faith is in a marriage.
Adam is living proof that God works all things together for good. By venturing off into the world, Adam found himself trapped by the pleasures of this world - drugs and alcohol. It ultimately led him to a unsatisfied place. After meeting a man of God, Adam found true satisfaction in Jesus. He instantly left his old habits behind and pursued a life of purpose, pleasure, and fulfillment in God.
Jonas had no choice to but to rely on his faith. Right before the global pandemic, Jonas' faith switched gears to a higher level. Having to remain faithful with the little things such as showing up everyday to a construction site, giving plasma, and working a night shift at Target, Jonas faith was expanded to believe God for greater than what he was experiencing . It was through his obedience to being faithful, Jonas was able to step into his breakthrough.
Growing up in Oklahoma, Matthew always knew about God, but never truly knew Him. It was not until he encountered a man of God that his eyes were opened to what a real relationship with God looked like. From that point on, Matthew made a decision to leave aside his generational curses and pursue the call that God has placed on his life. This required Matthew to walk by faith and not by sight. As he continued to grow in God, he realized that it the small steps of faith that leads to bigger ones.
Growing up in Philadelphia, Manuel had all the odds stacked against him. Not having a present father as well as being told he could never play the sport he loved, basketball, ever again, Manuel made a decision to believe God for the impossible. Upon almost achieving his dream of play collegiate basketball, Manuel gave it up in order to take care of his mother. Although it may seem as his dream was over, God redirected him into his purpose.
Being faced with a decision - relying on their security or trusting God, Bobby & Amber decided to put it all on the line in pursuit of what God had in store for them. By stepping away from their routine income, Bobby & Amber has been able to lunch Provison Pantry as well as several other businesses. It required faith and trust to leave their security to venture out into the unknown. At the end of it all, Amber and Bobby would do it all again because God has proven himself faithful to them along their journey.
Growing up in The Bahamas, Tyler had no concept of God. It was not until he became a believer, that doors started opening for him. The Lord revealed to Tyler that he wanted him to go to college. However, to Tyler, this seemed impossible. The Lord sent a wealthy family down to the Bahamas that would be the family to fund this vision. As a result, Tyler was on a plane and headed to Oral Roberts University (ORU) for the fall of 2016. However, there were many challenges in between receiving the vision and ending up at ORU! Tune in to find out exactly how it unfolded.
Ray grew as a Christian and knew the things Christians should do. However, during these last 2 years, Ray has been a living example of what it means to walk by faith. From a job promotion to purchasing his first home, Ray's faith was stretched to believe God for what seemed impossible. Despite hearing prophetic words spoken to him, Ray still remained skeptical as to if it was true or not. It was not until Ray truly believed, in his heart, that things started falling into place. Moving from a place of skepticism to being faith-filled, Ray was able to believe God for greater in his life!
