With Decision Day just around the corner, we take a look at the Eastern Conference, where we have certainty about who's in and who's out. In the West, things are decidedly more up for grabs, so we look at who we think may get the business done. We look at some teams making a comeback, some teams sticking to their winning ways, and some teams whose seasons ended a while ago. And we cap it all off with some CPL drama.

Nick and Bates tackle a wild August for transfers in MLS, including the arrivals of Heung-Min Son to LAFC and Thomas Müller to the Vancouver Whitecaps, as well as TFC landing Djordje Mihailovic and Colorado bringing Paxton Aaronson back to the league.
With Club World Cup, Gold Cup, and regular MLS action, we have reached peak soccer summer! We look at some of the major news around MLS, check in on the not-so-perfect-anymore Whitecaps, as well as the still not very good Toronto and Montreal. We also glance at the other competitions, including where things went wrong for both the US and Canada men's teams.

MLS is four weeks old and things couldn't be further away from how we thought they might look. The best team in MLS is... the Vancouver Whitecaps. We're not upset.
